Three years ago one of our garage door openers "broke" and we contacted several companies. Precision was able to respond quickest, so we chose them. The technician did an excellent job. Recently we had an issue with the other door, so there was no hesitation in contacting Precision. Once again, very professional and quick service. Very satisfied!

Fantastic service as always! This is the second time we've had Precision out to handle a garage door issue and just as before, the service was impeccable. The technician was able to address the concerns with the door (tilting, out of balance) and also took the time to perform a full inspection to ensure everything else was safe and in proper working order. I called late Friday afternoon, they came out the following day, did the repair in about an hour, Joe the technician was great. Overall I was extremely happy with the service they provided. The price on the other hand was outrageous but, that's a story for another day.

The tech was very professional and polite however was unable to program my door opener which could have been the opener problem! He was fine!!! My primary problem was to have my Auto Homelink car remote in my cars programed which was done fine, I wanted to have 2 extra remotes in reserve so I thought it would be convenient to purchase from the company because they were there now! Dumb decision. I was charged $118.00 for 2 remotes which I could purchase on line for $25.00 for a 2 pk. I expected 20-30% ($35-$40) more and maybe another $30.00 to program them for a total of $60-$70 but $118.00 was a total rip off when my service was a labor intensive task which I was paying for! To charge 400% more a an item that can be bought anywhere for less was definitely inappropriate! I'll think twice before I use them again.

My garage door springs were malfunctioning abs i called Precision at a moments notice they had a technician out the next day to service my garage door. Sherman S was very professional and knowledgeable about my needs. He took time out to explain what the problem was and proceeded to give me advice on the service i needed to correct it. Over the past two years it has been necessary to have the garage door opener replaced due to age. I first contacted Precision garage in 2018. I was very impressed with the work and the technician. He also reset the control so I could open from the car. Clean up was excellence. When I needed help again, I called Precision again. They were able to come the same day in the afternoon. Sherman was such a gentleman. Just outstanding work and clean up. He also reset the car for me. Every company should work like Precision and Fixed air condition in Gambrills. I would strongly recommend this company. If I should need service again, I will call them. Well done.

My garage door stopped working and the first company I called was a no-show. So I called Precision Garage Door the next morning and was able to get a same day appointment. Can I just state the work done on my garage has been nothing short of excellent!! Eric was my technician. He did an superb job installing a new garage opener with a camera(added plus). I also purchased a keypad and two new remotes. The price was reasonable. Eric was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and showed me how to work everything. Eric you are a ROCKSTAR!! I can't thank you enough. Precision Garage Door I will use you for ALL of my Garage Door needs in the future. if you are looking for excellent work don't look any further this company is STELLAR!!

Dakota quickly diagnosed the problem with my 20 yr old garage opener and offered options. I decided it was time to replace unit and outside keypad.
