The service from beginning to end was a 10+. All communication was professional, prompt, and competent. The door installer was Wes who did a superlative job. He called to inform me of his arrival time. Upon arrival he explained the process, how long the install would take, and answered questions about the door itself. He kept me updated as he was working and on his progress. He was not at all intrusive, was efficient, and mannerly. He installed a large door alone in about 3 hours, cleaned up when he finished, and answered any final questions I had. All in all, a excellent job. He should be commended as an excellent representative for the company. I would request him again if I had a problem with the door. Kudos to all involved.

I chatted online with a very helpful customer service about our garage door. They scheduled a technician, Sherman to come the next day and he immediately diagnosed the problem, gave us various options and we chose the one he recommended which was the cheapest of the ones and in 40 mins our garage door was fixed and running smoothly. The price is right and even more importantly, the customer service, the timing, the knowledge and ability to repair garage doors was amazing. Thank you, Sherman.

Kieth was most professional and courteous. He analyzed the problem with loopsided garage door that had stopped 3/4 of the way down a few hours earlier. Keith did was necessary to get the door safely up so that I could drive my car out safely. When I called Precision they promptly scheduled me for an appointment the same day within hours of my call. Five stars each for Keith and Precision. I will refer you to my friends.

One differentiator is the on-line customer service chat...I was able to ask questions and schedule an appointment after normal business hours...very helpful. The response and scheduling was immediate, no waiting for several days. The company just came over to replace a broken Spring. They advised me to upgrate to a two small springs. It took them only 20 minutes which was great. However I over paid. They changed me $670. Ater doing some research i found out that other companies only charge between $300 $400. This is kind sad. They seems to be a good company with a good customer service but the price is a big NO NO. Because of the urgency of having a working harage door some company will take advantage of the situation.

Really happy with service. Barry was terrific. He came on a Sunday, called first, didn't push me to spend more than I needed but gave me an estimate when I asked. Thank you Precision and especially Francisco Moreno who was prompt, professional and courteous. He diagnosed the problem quickly and more importantly was honest about what was required to repair the springs. He also went above and beyond the scope of replacing a broken spring by tightening brackets, rails and lubricating the joints and rollers. I did not expect that. Precision will continue to be my go to garage door service company. As a repeat customer this was very important to me.
