I could not have ask for a better experience. The service was outstanding, it was quick, clean, the technician went over everything he did and explained the operation of the new garage opener. I chose Precision based on their advertisement & the fact that it stated their technicians carry the necessary parts to repair on the spot. No need for a second appointment. Precision was able to setup an appt quickly to send out a tech for my malfunctioning garage door opener. He came out on a Sunday, which was very convenient for me. The tech called in advance and showed up on time. He was very friendly and resolved the opener issue in a matter of minutes (it was a minor issue). While he was there I had him replace our worn-out, noisy rollers, which he did very quickly and for a reasonable price. The door now opens so smoothly and quietly...it's like brand new. He also gave me some great advice/tips on keeping my door working smoothly. Will definitely use Precision again!

Sherman was awesome and gave us our best options. At this point it makes sense to order and install a steel roll up garage door which will require that we replace a number of things. We are very happy with Precision and Sherman for giving us the best advice. We could have replaced the existing door etc. but we choose not to. If we change our mind we will give precision a call.

This has been the worst service and customer service experience that Ive ever had. My door is still not complete on 7/25/19 for a simple new garage door install. My first appointment was on 6/5/19. I have been getting the run around on completion of the door. They installed the door and there were gaps around it, i had to call them to check on the filling the gaps. They came out at least 5 times total to finally add paneling around the door but there is still a gap to this day. Last time a guy came he said the door was the wrong size, now they are telling me that they cant put a door the right size and they just need to add more wood to seal it up. I have never experience so much confusion on what needs to be done for something that should be simple. The door is custom made apparently so i don't know if they don't want to spend them money to make a new because they made the wrong size or what. This is horrible and my door is still not complete.

It's obvious that customer service is important to the company, and James did a great job as a representative! He arrived on time, answered questions/offered recommendations, etc. Grateful that I contacted PD this morning, and was able to have someone come up this afternoon! I initially contacted Precision to determine if a broken gear sprocket on top of our original garage door opener motor could be repaired. Not only did Sherman S. make quick work of the repair estimate he also provided a Good, Better, and Best estimate before any work was started. I ultimately went for the "Best" option and had a brand new LiftMaster 8500W installed with a battery back-up and WiFi the very next day! Sherman knows his craft inside and out by making unsolicited recommendations on the maintenance of our door and showing me how to operate the new equipment. I was very impressed by his overall knowledge of the 8500W and I am 100% satisfied with the service I received and I will definitely be telling everyone I know about the experience and the OUTSTANDING! service that Sherman provided. Thank you Precision and a special thanks to Sherman, Sherman, Sherman!!!! Art . . .

I called Precision Door Service when one of the cables broke on the garage door. After looking at some videos on how to replace it, I was thinking about just doing this myself, but in the end I decided to call the professionals, and I'm very glad that I did. The tech was very knowledgeable and did an outstanding job, and he went out of his way to fix some other things that were wrong (needed lube, etc). The garage door works really great now, it's much quieter and operates a lot more smoothly. Thanks very much!
