Sherman S. did a great job once he got here. If your technician is not going to make it within the time window, a courtesy call should be made to inform the customer. I had to call 2 times before he came 1 hour past the time window.

I would like to say that the gentlemen that came out to service my doors were Professional, Courteous and Very Knowledgeable of their profession. The lead man took the time to answer all my question, without hesitation. Upon completion , I was walked thru what was installed and repaired and the proper care for future reference. The customer service provided by Precision was excellent from start to finish! I spoke with Emily and Becca, who were both very pleasant, patient, and helpful. Rick was the technician who provided the service and was also pleasant and professional as he followed COVID -19 precautions while doing his job. He was very helpful and and did a great job explaining what could be wrong and the thought process for problem solving the issue. He also explained my options for repair and patiently answered all my questions. I appreciate that Rick didn’t try to sell me more than I needed when I thought I might need more, like a new garage door. Everything that needed to get installed was and with some lubrication to the door, it’s working like a charm and sounds like new! I would definitely use Precision again and recommend them to anyone with any garage door concerns!

Today we had our second service call on our new garage door. It opened as normal but we could not get it to return to the closed position, It would go down for about two feet and then reverse to the fully open position. We had an appointment and arrived back home just as the service man arrived. The door is not centered in the space between the two tracks. The service man adjusted the setting on the detector but did not center the door between the two tracks. I feel that we will continue to have problems.
We're hoping that with the 2nd appointment and discussion with you via telephone we were able to put your mind at ease. We sincerely appreciate your patience while we made a few minor adjustments to your door for optimal operation. I had an issue that was caused by the installation job from before I bought my house. Precision was quick reply and was able to get someone out the next morning. Dakota did a great job of looking over the entire installation and correcting the core issue to ensure that I didn't have the same problem in the future. He looked over all the parts and pinpointed some areas that could be problems in the future as well to correct them. He was very knowledgable and personable. Without a doubt, I will be calling Precision in the future for any garage door issues.

I called Precision late on a Friday afternoon after our garage door stopped working. They were extremely helpful and able to schedule a service technician to come out the following morning. Rick was technician that they sent out and he was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and very professional. He quickly explained exactly what the problem was and provided different repair options.
