My technician’s name is Keith. He was extremely professional, explaining what was needed and why. His appearance was very neat and he answered my questions in detail. What I really appreciated was not giving me a hard sale. I thought the price was rather high but he explained a few alternatives for me to consider. In the end it was my choice to have the garage door motor replaced which has resulted in satisfaction so far.

While this was to totally, totally, unexpected surprise and expense, I was extremely please with Barry's professionalism, efficiency, accountability and communication. Personally, I feel like customer service and communication has fallen by the waist side over the past 10 years, however, Barry, definitely bucked that trend. He was on time, a big plus, and explain to me what he was going to do and the pricing for the repairs. While, the pricing did appear to be high, I knew that the repairs were needed and he did a GREAT job in explaining in DETAIL, what he was going to do and why. Pricing aside, I would definitely used Precision Overhead Garage door service and i would definitely request Barry.

We were very happy with the quality of the work performed on the purchase and installation of our garage door. The technician was courteous and professional, and very efficient, getting everything installed in around 2 hours. The only downside was that the appointment was scheduled for 1pm and he did not arrive to 4pm due to the previous job taking longer than expected.

Mr. Sherman B. Stepney carefully evaluated both garage doors and pinpointed the problem with only one door. We both discussed the terms, conditions and cost for the necessary repair. The door was making a jerking move and roaring sound at the beginning of the opening process. Mr. Stepney identified the problem as needing an adjustment of the spring for the down limits. I authorized him to perform the service and afterwards, the door worked perfectly. Mr. Stepney is a highly qualified professional who knows his business. Purchased a complete garage door install in 2014. Today the torsion spring broke but unfortunately was out of warranty by only 2 months. The manager Mike offered that I pay for the parts to replace and waived the labor costs. He also gave me a lifetime warranty on the new springs. The torsion springs are very expensive however checked with other door companies that were much less in replacement costs. I choose to have precision do the repair despite the high cost because their torsion springs are a higher quality and are powder coated. The tech. Sherman was very courteous and professional and checked out the entire door after the new spring install.
