This has been the worst service and customer service experience that Ive ever had. My door is still not complete on 7/25/19 for a simple new garage door install. My first appointment was on 6/5/19. I have been getting the run around on completion of the door. They installed the door and there were gaps around it, i had to call them to check on the filling the gaps. They came out at least 5 times total to finally add paneling around the door but there is still a gap to this day. Last time a guy came he said the door was the wrong size, now they are telling me that they cant put a door the right size and they just need to add more wood to seal it up. I have never experience so much confusion on what needs to be done for something that should be simple. The door is custom made apparently so i don't know if they don't want to spend them money to make a new because they made the wrong size or what. This is horrible and my door is still not complete.

James came out to the house today and provided an estimate for a new door as well as 2 openers. It's obvious that customer service is important to the company, and James did a great job as a representative! He arrived on time, answered questions/offered recommendations, etc. Grateful that I contacted PD this morning, and was able to have someone come up this afternoon! A very good experience, and will be back in touch with PD soon.

I initially contacted Precision to determine if a broken gear sprocket on top of our original garage door opener motor could be repaired. Not only did Sherman S. make quick work of the repair estimate he also provided a Good, Better, and Best estimate before any work was started. I ultimately went for the "Best" option and had a brand new LiftMaster 8500W installed with a battery back-up and WiFi the very next day! Sherman knows his craft inside and out by making unsolicited recommendations on the maintenance of our door and showing me how to operate the new equipment. I was very impressed by his overall knowledge of the 8500W and I am 100% satisfied with the service I received and I will definitely be telling everyone I know about the experience and the OUTSTANDING! service that Sherman provided. Thank you Precision and a special thanks to Sherman, Sherman, Sherman!!!! Art . . .

I called Precision Door Service when one of the cables broke on the garage door. After looking at some videos on how to replace it, I was thinking about just doing this myself, but in the end I decided to call the professionals, and I'm very glad that I did. The tech was very knowledgeable and did an outstanding job, and he went out of his way to fix some other things that were wrong (needed lube, etc). The garage door works really great now, it's much quieter and operates a lot more smoothly. Thanks very much!

I was completely surprised with the quick response to my request as well as the date to perform the repair to my garage door opener. Moreover, unbeknownst to me, when the garage door opener was installed by another company the technician never installed the belt correctly which caused the belt to come loose. However, the Precision technician (Barry Cavazos) quickly identified the problem and made the repair. Mr. Cavazos was very polite, patient, and knowledgeable. He explained as well as showed me everything he was doing and he gave me pointers to maintain not only the garage door opener but my garage door as well. While he was there I also had him change the bottom weather seal which had deteriorated and being held together with gorilla tape. I am completely satisfied with the services provided by Mr. Cavazos and the Precision Garage door company and I highly recommend the company and will use them again if the need arise.

First and foremost, they came. Most garage door repair companies don't service my area. They had to drive quite a distance, but they showed up on time and kept me informed of what time they'd arrive. Second, they are a very professionally managed company and their staff are courteous and present themselves very well. Third, these folks know their business. Barry showed up and he's an expert - he very quickly sized up the problem, gave me an estimate, and got started. He explained everything he was doing and why, and they were fully prepared for the job. My garage door was back in business in short order and operated better than it ever had before - very impressive. Precision Garage Doors is expensive, but contrast that with technicians who fumble around for hours trying to sort out what's wrong and wind up running up the bill anyway. I'd rather deal with professionals who know their job and get it done. They deserve five stars for doing a superb job.

New garage door and motor were installed in 2017. Water was coming in the garage on one side so I called and requested that a technician look at it. Derrick called my house to inform me he was on the way; however, I was on another call and didn't recognize the number so didn't answer. He called the cell and I didn't answer so he sent a text message. I truly appreciate that he was persistent. He replaced the rubber and I am hopeful that will resolve the problem. If not, Derrick requested that I please call and let him know. Excellent customer service.

The service from beginning to end was a 10+. All communication was professional, prompt, and competent. The door installer was Wes who did a superlative job. He called to inform me of his arrival time. Upon arrival he explained the process, how long the install would take, and answered questions about the door itself. He kept me updated as he was working and on his progress. He was not at all intrusive, was efficient, and mannerly. He installed a large door alone in about 3 hours, cleaned up when he finished, and answered any final questions I had. All in all, a excellent job. He should be commended as an excellent representative for the company. I would request him again if I had a problem with the door. Kudos to all involved.

They scheduled a technician, Sherman to come the next day and he immediately diagnosed the problem, gave us various options and we chose the one he recommended which was the cheapest of the ones and in 40 mins our garage door was fixed and running smoothly. The company just came over to replace a broken Spring. They advised me to upgrate to a two small springs. It took them only 20 minutes which was great. However I over paid. They changed me $670. Ater doing some research i found out that other companies only charge between $300 $400. This is kind sad. They seems to be a good company with a good customer service but the price is a big NO NO. Because of the urgency of having a working harage door some company will take advantage of the situation.
