We called on a Sunday & someone answered the phone!!!! We were able to get an appointment for Monday afternoon. Rick came early (he texted & called to see if it was ok). He diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. He was able to do other work as well that I had no idea we could do -- he programmed our outdoor keypad for both doors. So knowledgeable & polite. We have used this company for many years & the technicians are very competent.

My garage door stopped operating on Friday evening on 9/11. I found Precision online and was able to get an appointment for Sat. 9/12 at 3:30 pm. The technician Eric arrived about 3 pm, assessed the problem which turned out to be a broken motor. The new motor was installed. Everything was completed in less than an hour. Excellent job by Eric and Precision

On 10 September Mr. Sherman Stepney was the technician who arrived to service my garage doors and openers which had been installed by Precision. Prior to his arrival he contacted me to take inform me that he was enroute and provided an estimated time of arrival. As promised he arrived within the time provided and promptly serviced my door. After analyzing the issue hr made the needed adjustments and then provided me with a thorough description of the work he had performed. Additionally he explained that I needed to lubricate the hinges quarterly and told me what type of lubricant I should purchase. Throughout his visit he remained masked and bob served recommended COVID 19 social distancing. Lastly he informed me that he had contacted the office and informed them that the work was performed under warranty vice just as a repeat customer as was indicated. I was extremely happy with the Mr Stepney. He was courteous, thorough and extremely profession. I will definitely use Precision again because of the quality customer service and the professionalism exhibited by Mr. Stepney

Had Precision install 2 garage doors about 5 years ago. Very pleased with the installation and the doors. Recently one of the tracks pulled off the wall. Eric from Precision came out and fixed the problem in 30 minutes at no charge. Thank you !!

The quality of the work was excellent. The repair price was fair. The work was meticulous, professional and completed in a timely manner. The technician was very knowledgable and readily and accurately assessed the issue, and had the materials on-hand to complete the repair during the initial consultation. The work is guaranteed for a year. The invoicing, payment processing and email confirmation transactions were quick, convenient, detailed and professional. I was contacted by the technician at the very beginning of the appointment window and given a more specific estimated time of arrival. The technician was punctual and made it easy for me to plan my work schedule around the appointment. Three years ago one of our garage door openers "broke" and we contacted several companies. Precision was able to respond quickest, so we chose them. The technician did an excellent job. Recently we had an issue with the other door, so there was no hesitation in contacting Precision. Once again, very professional and quick service. Very satisfied!

Fantastic service as always! This is the second time we've had Precision out to handle a garage door issue and just as before, the service was impeccable. The technician was able to address the concerns with the door (tilting, out of balance) and also took the time to perform a full inspection to ensure everything else was safe and in proper working order. I called late Friday afternoon, they came out the following day, did the repair in about an hour, Joe the technician was great. Overall I was extremely happy with the service they provided. The price on the other hand was outrageous but, that's a story for another day.

The tech was very professional and polite however was unable to program my door opener which could have been the opener problem! He was fine!!! My primary problem was to have my Auto Homelink car remote in my cars programed which was done fine, I wanted to have 2 extra remotes in reserve so I thought it would be convenient to purchase from the company because they were there now! Dumb decision. I was charged $118.00 for 2 remotes which I could purchase on line for $25.00 for a 2 pk. I expected 20-30% ($35-$40) more and maybe another $30.00 to program them for a total of $60-$70 but $118.00 was a total rip off when my service was a labor intensive task which I was paying for! To charge 400% more a an item that can be bought anywhere for less was definitely inappropriate! I'll think twice before I use them again.
