Workman were on tIme. Knew what they were doIng and worked effective and efficiently. Sherman and Rashard courteous and polite. Impressed with specific knowledge these workmen had at their command. Not pushy, gave reasons for every recommendation/suggestion. Hope I have no more problems, but if I do Precision has the solution, I'm convinced. Received Review email but no Invoice receipt as promised. Only negative! Central offuce screw up.

I had the pleasure of meeting Keith, who has a wealth of knowledge and is an amazingly fast worker. My garage door was older than dirt but that didn't stop him from being fast and efficient in replacing all the parts and motor to my door. Not only was he a hard worker but he was charismatic to boot. Overall 10/10 experience, would recommend!

I can't say how great the customer service was. Mary with the dispatch center set us up quick, and Sherman was great at diagnosis on the problem. The main. Motor had failed and he had the parts to replace it. The fact it was same day service made it even better. The price was right and reasonable. Awesome crew!

Sherman S. did a great job once he got here. If your technician is not going to make it within the time window, a courtesy call should be made to inform the customer. I had to call 2 times before he came 1 hour past the time window.

I would like to say that the gentlemen that came out to service my doors were Professional, Courteous and Very Knowledgeable of their profession. The lead man took the time to answer all my question, without hesitation. Upon completion , I was walked thru what was installed and repaired and the proper care for future reference. I was also provided an estimate for future potential work and was explained line by line what each entailed. Very professional gentlemen and wouldn't hesitate to call for future repairs etc. Thanks!
