Our first experience with Precision was about 10 years ago for service of a 50 year old garage door and we were exceptionally pleased with their same day service. Barry, the service tech who was dispatched to our home went above and beyond to service our garage door. The initial visit was to perform maintenance and replace the door rollers. I spoke to him about problems we were have with the remote, he diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate to repair. Great job, will definately refer PDS to friends and family. Thanks!

Excellent Service provided. This was an emergency situation. Precision was the only company I called. I was concerns with the cost of repairing the door and worried the technican may not be qualified. Well, the technican Barry put my concerns to rest. He was delayed because he was overbooked, which I understood. Since he was delayed, I received updates of his expected arrival time. Upon his arrival, he promply explained the work required to repair the door. I was impressed with his professionlism. He was honest and provided the best approach to resolve the issue. I don't know if I was overcharge because I walked away a happy customer. Importanlty, I will continue to use this company if their service is required.
