The serviceman called when he was on his way. He arrived when he said he would and he replaced both springs on one of our garage doors and also four pulleys. The entire job was finished within the hour. The door goes up and down a lot smoother than it did before. I give them a five star rating for their service and professionalism, but I do think they are a bit pricey. With that being said, I didn't compare their prices. I used them because of the reviews I read on line.

Our new belt driven garage door opener was installed today and it is quiet and the installation was quick and easy. Brian was our technician, he was nice and polite, clean cut and on time. Gary was awesome! I've been dealing with a competitor for three years and they didn't figure out how to fix the door. It has broken every six months or so. Gary arrived early, diagnosed the issue, fixed it and left quickly so I was able to get to work on time. He also gave me tips on how to keep the problem from happening again. He was awesome! Knowledgeable and also, very nice.
