We are Very Happy with the FIVE STAR SERVICE. From the initial estimate to the technician. * suggestion the use of a vacuum for nails,screws and bolts. * TECHNICIAN OUTSTANDING. It was about 100 degrees on today.

Precision quickly handled our garage door needs. The lift spring snapped and with a call to precision, they were able to send out a technician the following morning. Keith, the technician, called ahead of time, arrived with in the appointment window, and worked quickly to fix our garage door. He then took the time to explain how the spring system worked and how to take care of the door track over time. The price for parts and labor were extremely fair.

I give Precision and Keith, specifically, 5 stars. This is the third time in 5years we have used Precision, and it’s the second time in 3months Keith has responded to,our call. (I’m sure I chose Precision originally off Angie’s List. You probably offered a maintenance special through them. We had a company sticker in the garage that helped me to remember whom to call.). I very much appreciate the way the company tells you who is coming and gives you information about that person, including providing their picture. And I appreciate the marked trucks. Keith came to our home to install new openers just a few months ago, but my husband handled that call, so I had not met him and would not have recognized him. Keith was on time, he communicated with us about his arrival time, he knew exactly what was needed right away. But what I really appreciated was that he thought the broken mechanism might be under warranty and took the initiative to check for that, and indeed it was. I would not have known that—I didn’t even inquire. He could have charged me full price, and I wouldn’t have known the difference. So I appreciate his honesty and initiative on that. I had a problem with my garage door closing and scheduled a technician to come out for repair. Barry C. was the technician who promptly found the problem with a broken wire, and repaired it within minutes. I had expected to pay their minimum service call charge, but Barry felt with the time he spent on it didn't warrant a charge at all. I am very grateful to the kind of guy that doesn't put money above all else. I felt badly about not paying him anything but he was rather insistent that it remain a no charge item. I will be recommending the services of Precision Door and that especially of their technician Barry C., a stellar & affable guy. Thanks!
