We needed remotes for our 'just moved in' house, repairs and replacements to the garage "Nick" was very polite, thorough, and professional. Prior to starting, we were informed of the procedure, what it entailed, choices explained, prices, and importance of each choice. When the job was completed, further explanations, and was asked if there were any questions. Being seniors, the respect and explanations were very appreciated. I had two Liftmaster motors that were over 30 years old and one had failed completely. Our service tech (Chris) arrived right on schedule and installed two new systems with rollers and wires and two new motors. Chris was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. He worked steadily for 4 hours, resulting in smooth, quiet and efficient doors. We were extremely satisfied.

As always, Precision Door serviced my door the same day I called. Needed a new rubber strip on the bottom of door for a tight seal for weather and to keep vermin out. He was thorough and went over everything that was wrong with the garage, how he would repair it, and then showed me everything that was replaced after he fixed it. He even had me practice using the new garage door opener before leaving. He was very efficient and professional. I would recommend Nick and Precision to anyone who has a garage door need.
