We placed a call for service due to a broken spring and was able to receive same day service from Sherman. He was thorough in his assessment and explanation of our problem and assisted us with fixing the spring and making an improvement to make our equipment last longer. This is my second time needing to call for emergency service and we have received same day service both times. Sherman was fantastic, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and responsive when we had some follow up questions. I would absolutely recommend this company (and have to my neighbors.)

This was my second satisfactory experience with Precision. They initially installed my doors and openers. One door had developed an opening problem. I called Precision and was pleasantly surprised by receiving a same day appointment. Sherman S. was my repairman. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what was causing the issue and how to correct it. Sherman was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He is a true asset to this company.

We contacted Precision because our garage door spring had broken and my car was trapped inside since the door would not go up at all. We hoped someone could come out on an emergency basis but unfortunately we had to wait until the next day. Taylor came out and was able to get the door repaired in about an hour. As long as you don't absolutely positively NEED emergency service, you should feel good about calling this business for your garage door service. Thankfully, our second car was outside so we at least had one car available to us to get to our doctor appointments the next morning. It was nice that they sent an email advising us who our technician was going to be and including a picture with information so that we weren't opening our door to a stranger. Taylor was very pleasant and knowledgeable.
