As always, Precision Door serviced my door the same day I called. Needed a new rubber strip on the bottom of door for a tight seal for weather and to keep vermin out. Craig, the technician, was friendly, professional and returned to the office when he did not have the proper size part for my door. Thank you for another great job! Have been a customer since 2006.

I was favorably impressed both by Mary's informative help when I first called the company, and by Kyler's skill, efficiency, and ability to explain everything when he replaced the workings of our two garage doors. Based on my experience, I have no hesitation in recommending Precision Garage Door.

I was very pleased with the friendly, professional service of the technician, Nick. The garage door opener was not working. Nick diagnosed the problem, made adjustments, did a tune up, lubrication, and a safety inspection. The problem was resolved, the opener is now working with no problem and the price was reasonable. The Repairman/Technician, Nick, did an excellent job repairing my garage door. He was thorough and went over everything that was wrong with the garage, how he would repair it, and then showed me everything that was replaced after he fixed it. He even had me practice using the new garage door opener before leaving. He was very efficient and professional. I would recommend Nick and Precision to anyone who has a garage door need.

Overall outstanding results. My garage door broke one afternoon, with my car stuck inside. Nick, the repairman showed up first thing the next morning. Despite a 40 year old wood-rotted (partially) door, he replaced enough parts to get it working smoothly and quietly.
