This was my second satisfactory experience with Precision. They initially installed my doors and openers. One door had developed an opening problem. I called Precision and was pleasantly surprised by receiving a same day appointment. Sherman S. was my repairman. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what was causing the issue and how to correct it. Sherman was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He is a true asset to this company.

Taylor was the technician who inspected and repaired my garage door. He was very patient and professional. He explained and showed me the problem. He gave me three options to correct the issue, basic, better, and best. All the parts were on the truck and he was able to complete the job in a few hours. We contacted Precision because our garage door spring had broken and my car was trapped inside since the door would not go up at all. We hoped someone could come out on an emergency basis but unfortunately we had to wait until the next day. Taylor came out and was able to get the door repaired in about an hour. As long as you don't absolutely positively NEED emergency service, you should feel good about calling this business for your garage door service. Thankfully, our second car was outside so we at least had one car available to us to get to our doctor appointments the next morning. It was nice that they sent an email advising us who our technician was going to be and including a picture with information so that we weren't opening our door to a stranger. Taylor was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Precision Garage Door sent Dakota to my house the same day that I first contacted them. Dakota assessed my garage door situation and gave me a price for installing 2 new doors with automatic lifts. He asked for one third down, which I paid with a credit card. Dakota said his company will contact me in a couple of weeks to set a day to come install the new doors and lifts. So far everything looks good. I am glad to be on the schedule with Precision Garage Doors. Dakota was very helpful, and the overall price seems reasonable.

The technician was very nice. The estimate on the phone to replace my opener was $399. I checked with other companies and this wasn't the best price but I was willing to pay it to get the job done today. The technician told me that the prices have been updated and that I had 3 choices the lowest at $700 the highest at $985. It was the old bait and switch technique. I would not recommend this company.
