Within an hour of my call, a service provider from Precision was at my home. I was having problems with a 20-year old garage door opener and the options for replacing it were explained to me. We finally agreed that the best option was to service the current opener and see if it would provide months/years of good service. The problems with the door were corrected and it's now operating fine. I appreciated the quick service and how the repair was handled. Excellent service.

Have used Precision for many years. Always a good experience. Technician Craig came to look at my situation and recommended replacing my garage door. He reviewed all my options. While ordering a custom door would probably be best, in today's world it may take a long time to receive. With Craig's advice I decided to order a new door in white color and paint it to match the neighbors in my community. Craig was a pleasure to work with and Precision continues to provide excellent service.

I had been having difficulty with my garage door opener for a couple of years. The company that installed the doors came out once, but said there was nothing wrong with it. I found Precision while searching online. The reviews were great, so I contacted them. Tito came out this morning and found that I needed to replace some items. He explained each item to me in detail so I could understand it, gave me an estimate and with my go ahead repaired it while he was here. He was very professional all the way through.
