Knowing that the door could be fixed in one visit was very important, as I am medically unable to lift it at the moment. The tech (Taylor B) was very professional and informative. Repairman arrived three hours after initial call as stated. He wasted no time with the inspection and work proposal; starting to work right after accepting the estimate. The company van was fully stocked and the items needed were easily within reach. The repairman worked alone in 96 degree heat without a break or complaint! Taylor quickly found what the immediate problem was, and then suggested a range of things we could do to upgrade the door-raising mechanism to extend the life of the mechanism.
