Technician - Jay C who was super proficient and very polite - was at my house by 330 after a call at 1230. Broken spring with garage door down= trapped! Replaced springs and also completed an inspection with some additional repair/tune up to keep our 24+ year system going strong. Super prompt service and a very fair price = very satisfied customer.

Had my garage door fail on the evening of July 4 and called precision. Talked with a real person, no menu, got a service call set for the next day at 10am and Jay arrived promptly at 10am. Had to convert to a new spring system as my old one clearly failed (was my guess the night before) and Jay was courteous, clear, encouraged me to ask questions, explained everything and made recommendations NOT to do some extra things that I asked due to cost\value. He was fast, straightforward and professional and got the work done in under two hours. Complete 5-star experience from the call right through to execution. Thank you!

Yes,glad to give a review. The tech who came to repair my garage door was very personal and informed. I had complained about the door being too noisy and he said it needed heavier springs and set about doing that and checking everything else on the door oiling,etc. I am very pleased with his service and would not hesitate to call again with any problems and he assured me that I would not need him again for a long time.

Jay, our technician, called and asked to come earlier. He performed a broken spring repair/rebuild on a Wayne Dalton garage door. The service was expensive, but the door was repaired professionally and correctly. Jay offered pricing options that addressed what needed to be done and allowed me to choose which way I needed to go. He stayed there until the door operated like new. A1 customer service. I am a Realtor in Maryland and will recommend Precision Door to any clients who need their garage doors repaired.

Garage door opener repair and replacement. Ive seen your TV ads and trucks in Annapolis area. The technician Greg or Craig? was very polite and called in advance of arrival. Yes the uniform is a nice touch and a clean truck and overall appearance also nice. Service was performed within 90 minutes and I appreciated that all the parts were on the truck as advertised. Kyler was our service tech. Very nice, courteous, knowledgeable and answered any questions regarding repair. He contacted me by phone to let me know when he would be arriving. Upon arriving went over what was wrong and what plan to fix. Presented with a quote. He was able to fix same day. He made sure working properly before he left and also made sure my remote garage door opener was working. Was given business card and notified to contact if have any issues. Very professional and courteous company. From when first contact Sunday afternoon. Phone receptionist was friendly and tried to get someone to come out that afternoon but all service techs were booked. There was an appointment for Monday at 1pm. Told receptionist, I would call back if couldn’t get anyone to fix that Sunday. Responded that call back anytime their lines are always open. Contact another company that’s advertised 24/7 hours. Gave my info and told someone would call me. Nobody called so called back to tell them to cancel my request. At that time told they probably didn’t return my call cause don’t work on Sundays. So called back precision and made appointment. Receptionist was friendly and took my information down. Afterwards, received email confirmation of scheduled appointment. Very pleased with the service and personnel at this company!!! As a side note the other company contacted me first thing next day eager to make appointment. In fact, they called 2 times. Save yourself some time and just make one phone call. Call Precision for your garage door repairs.
