The repair was set up promptly and Charles (technician) called me ahead of time as I requested and showed up on time. This is the second time that I used Precision and they again exceeded expectations. The spring in our garage door broke the preceding evening. We called precision and they had a technician, Craig, out to our residence the following morning by 8:15. He provided two options for repair and broke the work down by parts and warranty coverage. Once the decision was made, he efficiently began the repairs. In a timely fashion, the door was back in operation. Craig was friendly and answered all our questions. The work was superb. Thanks again.

We needed weather stripping replaced on our garage doors, as well as some other repairs and had difficulty finding someone who was able to repair our 40 year old doors. We ended up calling Precision Garage Doors and were able to make an appointment for the same day. Our technician, Chris, was wonderful! He suggested that we add safety cables, which were missing in our doors, and completed all repairs efficiently and carefully. So professional! Chris represented his company so well and is friendly and courteous!

Our service tech as polite and prompt. Unfortunately, even though I had discussed the make/model/age (23 years) of our garage door opener to ensure that the Precision Tech would have any necessary parts on his truck, when he arrived...he did not have any parts. He proceeded to say that the best thing is just to replace the entire unit. This was a disappointment, as I had already discussed the desire to repair with their scheduler and the truck arrived with no parts. Cost for 2 replacement units were quoted at $953 (better) and $1165 (best). I cannot rate their install work as we elected to research the proposed models before investing.

A kind, knowledgeable, professional, and caring service tech arrived at my home to repair/replace broken springs on my garage door. They will call before they arrive to let you know they are on the way to your home, this is a plus also. Everything was explained in detail and I was given three options to choose from.
