Since I moved into this house in 2014, I've used Precision Door on every occasion I had an issue with my garage door or opener. They have consistently responded quickly to my need for service. My most recent service was addressed by Tito C. who not only fixed the problem but was very professional and explained all what he was doing and the importance of the work. A super response to a burned out garage door opener that I caused! Layne Cayton, the Precision Door Service tech, was outstanding! He did a thorough diagnostic on my old opener, and did a careful, clean installation of the new opener and outside keypad. Everything works great! He made sure my garage door was opening and closing properly and lubricated everything. I really appreciate the quality work! Thanks!

Door opener failed on Tuesday, called Prescision that afternoon and they sent repair man next day. Exceptional service. Repair/installation technician TAYLOR arrived exactly on time as promised. He provided me with several options from repair to replacement. I considered given age of old unit I wanted full opener replacement. I’m very happy with new unit and totally impressed with professional, knowledgeable technician TAYLOR. Highly recommend this company when considering any garage door work.

Quick response to my request for help with an older garage-door opener that was stopping halfway up and needed a hand-assist to raise completely. Very competent technician (Dakota) but I was surprised at the price ($677) for a 30-minute tuneup including new springs, pulleys and cable.

I called this company based on what they offered in the way of fixing a motor of a garage door opener and their reviews. I made an appointment and was pleased I got one quickly. Taylor was assigned to assess my issues and to offer several options for me to chose from. There was no pressure pick a more expensive option, which is so nice. Taylor, my service technician was very polite, courteous, on time, efficient, and clearly explained everything he was going to do to fix the problem and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this company. I particularly liked that they sent an email thanking me for choosing them. Nice touch! And ask for Taylor! He is the best!

All the inner workings of the garage where even broker or worn. The door closes so quietly I could not hear it inside my car.In fact it works better the initially installed. Pushy sales tactics - wouldn’t leave until I agreed to something. Tried to upsell services I didn’t ask for. Tried to get me to call my husband to agree to work. All I wanted was a quote so I could compare with other companies. They were able to come quickly and did do the work but he had to take a picture of my card and I have no assurance the info was deleted. I had to order a new card. My husband is disappointed with the work done - they installed the opener not level. We won’t be back for the rest of the servicing needed.

We had Precision Door install a new garage door system about 10 years ago. The installer was vey efficient and knowledgeable about the product. He was also very nice and willing to answer all questions. Yesterday, I had a big problem on my hands. The garage door wouldn’t lift. So I called precision Door and they had somebody out here quick. We needed new springs installed. The installer was in and out in no time. He was very pleasant. Bd answered all of our questions. I would recommend this company to everyone including family and friends; especially for the quick efficient service, pleasant staff, and quality product.

There should be a 10 Star option! From my initial conversation setting up my appointment to the stellar professional work completed by Chris B., this was by far the smoothest operation by a service tech we’ve ever experienced in our home. Our spring snapped on a Sunday, I called to set up the appointment on Monday and the job was finished at MY convenience on Tuesday. Chris arrived and quickly set out to complete his 25 point inspection of the entire garage door and all the mechanisms. 15 minutes later he showed me that not only did the spring obviously need to be replaced, but the rollers, back plates, pins, cables, sensors and fifteen year old motor should all be replaced as they were close to the end of their lifespan. He then wrote up and explained four options, explaining each in detail. We decided on the best option and Chris went to work. All the work was completed in under 3 hours at which point Chris walked me through and showed me in great detail what had been repaired. Now we have a brand new, WiFi enabled safe and fully functional garage door system. After answering ALL my questions, including whether I needed help setting up the system, Chris completely cleaned the space and thanked me for choosing Percision. I am THROUGHLY SATISFIED with Percision Door Service and will ABSOLUTELY recommend this company to friends and family in need of garage door/system repair. One more item….give Chris B. a raise, he deserves it for his courtesy, professionalism, timelines & knowledge! ????????????????????

I will never use your company again. The service technician had no clue what he was doing. Instead of trying to fix the issue, he tried to sell me a $1000 garage door motor. The part to fix it cost $100.

First, I was impressed with his professionalism. Next, I was super impressed with his honest assessment of my problem. He did not try to upsell me and talk me into buying a new garage door or anything else. He identified the problems and offered three solutions. Consequently, Bobby and Precision earned my trust. At first, I did not have all the funds need for the job. He made a call, and they set up an interest free 90-day payment plan. Two hours later, he completed the job and verified everything was in proper order. While doing the installation, he discovered another small problem. However, because he did not discover it during the inspection, he fixed it at no addition charge. How many companies do you know would do that? I am a Precision Garage Door customer for life.
