I do want to share how awesome Keith our technician was. When I called to request a service repair was told the time frame would be 10:30 am - 2:30 pm. That being said we figured we would be the last call for the day. He called to inform us he was on his way at 10:30 am and was familiar with our area. He arrived in 20 minutes. I am on vacation this week, so I informed my husband the technician was on his way. I got a shower came out and he was wrapping up his job. I was amazed he was done so fast. He had me push our garage opener a couple of times just to check his repair. Keith was awesome! Prompt, fast and very professional. He wore his mask the entire time. It’s getting pretty warm out and he was very friendly with a smile too! ( you could see his eyes smiled ????) We will definitely share with our friends about Precision Door! They have awesome service! Thank you so much! Very happy customers in Severn! Tod and Margie Baldwin

Long story short, broke a spring, called the company I used before , told me Two days before they could come , called Precision . They came out with in 3 hours , Chris ,the tech, went over the door , my door was 32 years old , so the rebuild the entire door and replaced the motor . Everything works great , and did it in about 5 hours , very happy with the work and the price was good , will use them again for sure .

Called Precision around 9 am about a broken spring on my garage door, and Sherman was out in about 90 minutes to take a look and begin the repair. He made sure I knew what he was doing the whole way, and when he SAs done he went over the ways I could better maintain the door so it will last longer. The price was reasonable, too, and they offered a military discount, which is great!

I called Precision Door on a family member's recommendation. She did not steer me wrong. I called and got an appointment the very next morning. The tech was prompt, friendly, and courteous, and explained our options very clearly. He apologized for not having all the parts he needed on his truck but assured us that by the time he was done with the first part of the repair another truck would be there with the rest of the parts, and indeed it was.
