I discovered that one of my main garage door's torsion springs was broken yesterday. I called Precision Garage Door to see if someone could get out to fix it as soon as possible. A technician (Taylor B. - highly experienced and efficient) was assigned and arrived today. He surveyed my issue, provided me with three options I could pursue, and went straight to work. This whole operation is very professional, from the first phone call for help, until the technician was finished. I am completely satisfied with the finished job. Thank you!

Overall experience was great. The technician was professional, personable and knowledgeable. My issue was diagnosed, explained and resolved in a matter of two hours. The technician also provided some other minor services for my benefit and was again helpful explaining what to look for going forward. Craig reset the cables, put 2 bottom rollers back in place and did a tune up. The door is working very well now. He was knowledgeable , very friendly and competent. This is the 2nd time I have used Precision in 8 years and the quality of their work and their staff is excellent.

Chris was on time and courteous. He pointed out that my garage door opener was 12 years old and needed some repair and 2 springs instead of just one. I asked if it would be better to get a new basic garage door opener and he said he would provide 3 options.The least expensive option was over $2100. I considered that outrageous and declined. Instead I paid $60 for a service call in which Chris reattached two pieces above the chain sleeve allowing the garage opener to function again. While Chris was not pushy regarding any purchase, I would caution potential clients do some homework/research prior to making any expensive purchase.

We did a Google search for companies that repair garage door openers, and Precision came up with a rating of about 4.8/5 stars. We called on a Saturday morning, expecting to just leave a message, and instead talked to a real person (a treat these days) who was very interested in helping us solve our problem. She scheduled a technician (Dakota) for us on a Sunday morning. Dakota was excellent; he knew his business, communicated well, was engaging, was excellent to work with, and repaired two garage door openers in less than an hour. I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs garage door repairs.
