I called Precision Door on a family member's recommendation. She did not steer me wrong. I called and got an appointment the very next morning. The tech was prompt, friendly, and courteous, and explained our options very clearly. He apologized for not having all the parts he needed on his truck but assured us that by the time he was done with the first part of the repair another truck would be there with the rest of the parts, and indeed it was. Everything happened when and how it was supposed to, and our new openers are so smooth and quiet. Thanks for great service!

Dakota came out to make a estimate/quote for installing 2 garage door openers, he gave me 3 options and explained it all to me very well. After I decided on an option he gave me a estimate and also installed the openers at the same time, he had everything he needed on his truck in stock. Dakota did a great job, exceeded my expiations, he was very detailed and the install looks very nice. He was very professional and polite. Dakota Hutchinson arrived on time. The initial need was for a remote control no longer functioning. It was decided that it needed to be replaced. He then did an overall inspection of the garage door and discussed recommended maintenance to assure continued safe and effective operation. He was both friendly and professional, making sure that my wife and I fully understood the recommended fixes. He was very efficient and competent. We were extremely pleased both with the whole experience and the smooth functioning of the completed maintenance.

I’m very annoyed that I had to pay 60 dollars for nothing being done. NO SERVICE was done. I received estimates and that was it. Im requesting you give me a refund. The guy made me feel trapped and pressured to get the new door and I wasn’t about to just say yes to spending 2500 without checking other places. Oh and he made it clear that was the best price and I won’t find anything better. Also I asked if he would at least help with me getting my car out of garage and he said no. I said I paid you 60 dollars he said well if u get the garage door it will come off that price. I don’t appreciate feeling pressured and I know because I’m a single mom he thought he could. You guys left a bad taste in my mouth.

My garage door is damage need to change . I called for appointment and I get it on next day . They send technicians James Z. Queen . James came took some pictures of my garage door and he give all answer my question . I told him I need quotes for their company’s Raynor door and other Clopay door with non insulated and insulated with opener. He gives me three different price . And I choose with best and he work with me very good with price . In two days they come on time and install whole new door and opener in 3 hours they explain everything which I had a question. Their people are so polite and helpful I happy with their work .yes I recommend to my friends and family.
