My garage door was malfunctioning and I googled companies. I came across Precision and read tons of reviews that were extremely helpful. I contacted the location closest to my area. They offered to have someone come out the same day but I had someone by the name of Chris B come out on Saturday. Similar to all the other reviews, he came out, ask me what we’re my concern we’re, advised he was going to do a quick inspection and then offer three different quotes. I liked having different option/quotes to weigh in decision. After discussing, I agreed on one of the quotes and the technicians got straight to work. Provided a print out and went over the work and tested garage doors. Chris B was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company.

Bob was professional, very knowledgeable, and explained the issues with my garage doors & openers thoroughly. He also explained my options and prices for repairs. He replaced springs on both doors and replaced garage door openers that were about 20 years old. He completed work in afternoon and was very neat.

Chris B came out inspected both of my door and gave me a list or recommended repairs for both. We agreed the 1 would be best to just replace entire door so he knocked out the repairs for the other while here.

We called Precision because the garage door weren't working. We called in the morning, Chris B arrived a few hours later. He assessed the situation, walked us through the problems, and provided options for repair. Chris was Rady to do the repair right then. Our schedule did not permit that. I was very pleased with their service from the call to the technician everyone was very professional and prompt. The tech called and asked if could come early, provided an accurate time and completed the work in a very timely and professional manner. At first, I thought it was a bit pricey, but I had no other estimates to compare, and the phone quote was much lower. Overall, I am very pleased and would recommend them to my friends

Had problems harage ,and called within 30min. gentleman arrived he sujested two options one was to repair garage the other was to replace metal rollers to stop the noise. I sad fine . within an hour he was done paid and gone. Would I use Precision Again? YES AAA++++ GEORGE
