I purchased two-door garage doors in June 2020. LOVE THEM! I had a squeaking problem with one of the doors. Precision sent Technician Justin Crosby. Mr. Crosby was professional, knowledgeable and very courteous. No more squeaking!

Three years ago, our garage door came off its track and we were happy with the repair work and service done. So when our spring broke yesterday, it was a no-brainer to call you back for a repair. The next-day service ensured that we were able to make use of our garage again quickly. Our technician, Justin, did a great job. He clearly explained my options and everything works great now. My Garage rollup door broke thursday evening. I called SEARS home improvement several times and left messages to no avail friday then my girlfriend forwarded me a link to your site around 3pm friday and I called and the girl that answered the phone was very nice and helpful. She was able to give me an appointment first thing Saturday morning at 10. The tech was an hour early which never happens and he fixed my issue in about an hour. He knew what he was doing and had all the equipment on the truck so he wouldnt have to go and come back. Service was pricey but I have to say it was excellent. You will probably have alot of business in my neighborhood because everyone uses their garage as a main entrance.

Top notch operation. From Mike the owner, to the salesman JR to the installers, Derrick and Cortez, everybody was great. JR helped me pick out the right door for the right price. Derrick and Cortez came in and installed my replacement door with no problem. New door works great and they hauled the old heavy wooden door away. A good job done the way it should be.

Called about 9am and they were here about 2pm and done before 4pm. This included replacing my dead 27-year-old Genie screw drive opener with a new Liftmaster WLED unit. And the new unit is SO much quieter that the old one. Our tech, Keith C. was polite, courteous and knew his stuff. Definitely recommend and will use in the future!

Called and scheduled appointment for next day Saturday service for outdoor garage keypad. Receptionist was super nice and efficient. Eric B. from Precision Overhead Garage Service called in advance to assure his arrival 1 hour before. Eric arrived promptly in uniform with safety mask and was very intelligent and informative of our options for garage keypad. He quickly performed the work and also gave us a tutorial on how to program and answered all our questions. He inspected both garage doors for any additional needs. I give Eric 5 stars for exceptional service and attitude with us as customers. From now on, I will always use Precision for my garage doors here in Howard County MD and intend to tell all by neighbors to use Precision in this brand new housing development !!! Excellent company keep up the awesome work!! Really appreciate an excellent company during these times!!!
