I’m super impressed with the precision of Precision Overhead. Craig the Technician was super knowledgeable, polite, courteous, patient with my questions and arrived at the exact time stated. Additionally he was able to diagnose my issue and offered options to resolve my garage issues. I got referred to Precision and now I’ll pay it forward and refer as well. If you are on the fence with choosing Precision don’t be… I highly recommend!!

I had been having difficulty with my garage door opener for a couple of years. The company that installed the doors came out once, but said there was nothing wrong with it. I found Precision while searching online. The reviews were great, so I contacted them. Tito came out this morning and found that I needed to replace some items. He explained each item to me in detail so I could understand it, gave me an estimate and with my go ahead repaired it while he was here. He was very professional all the way through. I would definitely recommend this company.

Services was great but the price for replacing bolts, pulleys, springs (mechanical moving parts) cost $1K. I really could not fathom the supply chain issue in this. Sometimes there is no choice in the matter but call another major dealer and be charged for another house call. I gave it a 1 star due to overpricing .

My garage door was malfunctioning and I googled companies. I came across Precision and read tons of reviews that were extremely helpful. I contacted the location closest to my area. They offered to have someone come out the same day but I had someone by the name of Chris B come out on Saturday. Similar to all the other reviews, he came out, ask me what we’re my concern we’re, advised he was going to do a quick inspection and then offer three different quotes. I liked having different option/quotes to weigh in decision. After discussing, I agreed on one of the quotes and the technicians got straight to work. Provided a print out and went over the work and tested garage doors. Chris B was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company.

My experience with the service and technician provided was very professional at every step of the way. Although a little sticker shock I am confident the equipment will last longer than me or the house. Let’s hope so.

Chris B came out inspected both of my door and gave me a list or recommended repairs for both. We agreed the 1 would be best to just replace entire door so he knocked out the repairs for the other while here.

Rick was very professional in explaining what the issue was and how he would get us back in business. He was done in 45 minutes and I did not have to buy a new garage door, which is what a competitor told me was the only option available to correct my problem.

We called Precision because the garage door weren't working. We called in the morning, Chris B arrived a few hours later. He assessed the situation, walked us through the problems, and provided options for repair. Chris was Rady to do the repair right then. Our schedule did not permit that. Chris B. came back Saturday morning and completed the job. It's a great company with professional and efficient staff. Thank you Chris B.

I was very pleased with their service from the call to the technician everyone was very professional and prompt. The tech called and asked if could come early, provided an accurate time and completed the work in a very timely and professional manner. At first, I thought it was a bit pricey, but I had no other estimates to compare, and the phone quote was much lower. Overall, I am very pleased and would recommend them to my friends
