They did a great job with the installation, explained how to operate everything, answered all my questions, and were polite and friendly, which just made the whole process wonderful! Thank you.

I’m very annoyed that I had to pay 60 dollars for nothing being done. NO SERVICE was done. I received estimates and that was it. Im requesting you give me a refund. The guy made me feel trapped and pressured to get the new door and I wasn’t about to just say yes to spending 2500 without checking other places. Oh and he made it clear that was the best price and I won’t find anything better. Also I asked if he would at least help with me getting my car out of garage and he said no. I said I paid you 60 dollars he said well if u get the garage door it will come off that price. I don’t appreciate feeling pressured and I know because I’m a single mom he thought he could. You guys left a bad taste in my mouth.

Precision was very prompt and had a service tech at my house the very next day! "Chris" was extremely polite and professional, as well as courteous and well informed. He was thorough in diagnosing not only the initial problem, but areas of concern that I may want to address before they too, became a problem. He offered me 3 levels of repair that he could do, and was able to do all the work right then, by himself!!

My garage door is damage need to change . I called for appointment and I get it on next day . They send technicians James Z. Queen . James came took some pictures of my garage door and he give all answer my question . I told him I need quotes for their company’s Raynor door and other Clopay door with non insulated and insulated with opener. He gives me three different price . And I choose with best and he work with me very good with price . In two days they come on time and install whole new door and opener in 3 hours they explain everything which I had a question. Their people are so polite and helpful I happy with their work .yes I recommend to my friends and family.

Precision was a lifesaver. They came in the middle of a ice storm when i damaged my garage door, same day service within 2 hours of my call. The technician was polite and knowledgeable. He had the door repaired within an hour, he even gave me a military discount. I would differently recommend this company.
