If I am not mistaken, you installed the original garage door in our Town Home 29 years ago and left a sticker just above the light switch. Taylor did a great job, he was very professional in his approach and explaining what he was about to do, he had everything he needed to do the job. Since I was in a rush to get this repair done, I accepted the price which by the way I thought it was way to high, but the rush drove me to accept, once finished, I google for more options and found ones half the price of what I was charged, $600 is way to high, found that the national average is $250 to $350 both springs included, labor and materials. Will I recommend Precision? Depends on your urgency!! Do they give good service? absolutely Yes!! Keep up the good work guys but try to bring your prices down a little. Thanks FaRo.

This is the second time that I used Precision and they again exceeded expectations. The spring in our garage door broke the preceding evening. We called precision and they had a technician, Craig, out to our residence the following morning by 8:15. He provided two options for repair and broke the work down by parts and warranty coverage. Once the decision was made, he efficiently began the repairs. In a timely fashion, the door was back in operation. Craig was friendly and answered all our questions. The work was superb. Thanks again.

Scheduling was fast and efficient, 30 minutes later Dakota arrived at my house. He made the needed replacements and upgrades, cleaned up after himself and ensured that we knew how to use the new opener and program our cars and remotes. I highly recommend Precision!

Very disappointed. Following what I thought was great service on September 30, we reached out for an appointment today noticing that something didn't seem to be operating correctly and learned that we need to spend an additional $800 on top of what we spent in September. Had we been given complete information at that time, we might have made a different decision.
