Dakota was very professional and polite. He answered my questions and gave me 3 levels of repair options ranging from approx. $400 - $700. After I paid for the work, I raised the garage door that was repaired and commented that it was still noisier than the other door. Dakota then got his ladder back down and tightened the chain, which made it much quieter. He's a good guy!

Steve was very nice. He came early and went through the garage. When I got to the house at the appointed time, he was already in his truck working on the estimate. I appreciate the report, as it certainly covers a lot! Since I do not own this property, but rather I manage it, I will have to send this on to the owner. I know she had another report done, and I believe it was several weeks ago.

Great Company with Great Service! Called yesterday and got an appointment for the next day. Sherman arrived within the given appointment window with a call ahead to ensure we were home. He quickly analyzed the problem and provided three reasonable quotes. Sherman was prepared to repair on the spot and even repaired an unrelated call issue with not questions asked. Company provides warranty on their work (great bonus). I highly recommend and will call back for all future garage needs!! And yes they are COVID-19 compliant!!

He worked in a timely fashion and was informative as to what he was repairing. Knowledgeable, confident, respectful of stuff in the garage and had the part needed on the truck. All good! My Garage rollup door broke thursday evening. I called SEARS home improvement several times and left messages to no avail friday then my girlfriend forwarded me a link to your site around 3pm friday and I called and the girl that answered the phone was very nice and helpful. She was able to give me an appointment first thing Saturday morning at 10. The tech was an hour early which never happens and he fixed my issue in about an hour. He knew what he was doing and had all the equipment on the truck so he wouldnt have to go and come back. Service was pricey but I have to say it was excellent. You will probably have alot of business in my neighborhood because everyone uses their garage as a main entrance.
