These guys are amazing!! Came out same day and fixed our garage door. Eric was kind enough to call to let us know that he was running late instead of just leaving us hanging and when he got here he was fast in diagnoses and in fixing it!! Called Precision as it was recommended through Angie's List. Unfortunately I was out of town and my wife was home to meet the technician. My service call note was that I believed it was a fuse or the circuit board as we had a power outage and the motor worked fine. There was no smell or anything from a burnt out motor and even the lights did not come on for the reset. I was astounded when my wife told me that it was $600 and the motor was replaced. If I was told the motor needed to replace I would have purchased the motor for $200 at Ace Hardware and replace it myself. Felt like my wife was taken advantage of. The new garage door opener is excellent quality, installed well and works perfectly and the only reason for 2 stars. I felt like the technician upsold my wife and did not check the fuse or board (4 bolts). Not what I asked.

We had new springs placed on our garage door almost five years ago. Eric confirmed that the springs were covered under our warranty. Very pleased with the work performed.

I had the pleasure of meeting Keith, who has a wealth of knowledge and is an amazingly fast worker. My garage door was older than dirt but that didn't stop him from being fast and efficient in replacing all the parts and motor to my door. Not only was he a hard worker but he was charismatic to boot. Overall 10/10 experience, would recommend!
