The spring broke on our garage door and I called Precision Garage Door of Maryland late in the evening and they were able to come out the next day. Taylor was professional and was able to fix everything within an hour. I definitely recommend them and will be using them again.

I discovered that one of my main garage door's torsion springs was broken yesterday. I called Precision Garage Door to see if someone could get out to fix it as soon as possible. A technician (Taylor B. - highly experienced and efficient) was assigned and arrived today. He surveyed my issue, provided me with three options I could pursue, and went straight to work. Craig reset the cables, put 2 bottom rollers back in place and did a tune up. The door is working very well now. He was knowledgeable , very friendly and competent. This is the 2nd time I have used Precision in 8 years and the quality of their work and their staff is excellent.

Chris was on time and courteous. He pointed out that my garage door opener was 12 years old and needed some repair and 2 springs instead of just one. I asked if it would be better to get a new basic garage door opener and he said he would provide 3 options.The least expensive option was over $2100. I considered that outrageous and declined. Instead I paid $60 for a service call in which Chris reattached two pieces above the chain sleeve allowing the garage opener to function again. While Chris was not pushy regarding any purchase, I would caution potential clients do some homework/research prior to making any expensive purchase.
