Top notch operation. From Mike the owner, to the salesman JR to the installers, Derrick and Cortez, everybody was great. JR helped me pick out the right door for the right price. Derrick and Cortez came in and installed my replacement door with no problem. New door works great and they hauled the old heavy wooden door away. A good job done the way it should be.

Called about 9am and they were here about 2pm and done before 4pm. This included replacing my dead 27-year-old Genie screw drive opener with a new Liftmaster WLED unit. And the new unit is SO much quieter that the old one. Our tech, Keith C. was polite, courteous and knew his stuff. Definitely recommend and will use in the future!

Installed the new opener in a timely manner and was very thorough. Also, we felt very comfortable as all COVID guidelines were followed. Called and scheduled appointment for next day Saturday service for outdoor garage keypad. Receptionist was super nice and efficient. Eric B. from Precision Overhead Garage Service called in advance to assure his arrival 1 hour before. Eric arrived promptly in uniform with safety mask and was very intelligent and informative of our options for garage keypad. He quickly performed the work and also gave us a tutorial on how to program and answered all our questions. He inspected both garage doors for any additional needs. I give Eric 5 stars for exceptional service and attitude with us as customers. From now on, I will always use Precision for my garage doors here in Howard County MD and intend to tell all by neighbors to use Precision in this brand new housing development !!! Excellent company keep up the awesome work!! Really appreciate an excellent company during these times!!!

Called Precision as it was recommended through Angie's List. Unfortunately I was out of town and my wife was home to meet the technician. My service call note was that I believed it was a fuse or the circuit board as we had a power outage and the motor worked fine. There was no smell or anything from a burnt out motor and even the lights did not come on for the reset. I was astounded when my wife told me that it was $600 and the motor was replaced. If I was told the motor needed to replace I would have purchased the motor for $200 at Ace Hardware and replace it myself. Felt like my wife was taken advantage of. The new garage door opener is excellent quality, installed well and works perfectly and the only reason for 2 stars. I felt like the technician upsold my wife and did not check the fuse or board (4 bolts). Not what I asked.
