I did not need to wait on hold when I called and I appreciated the prompt, same day service. The courteous serviceman, Sherman, called ahead, wore a mask (very important to me, a diabetic senior), explained the problem, and waited while I tested my car remote and keypad to be sure all was working correctly.

Sherman is an outstanding representative of your company. He is very personable, extremely knowledgable, and very professional in carrying out his work. He immediately diagnosed the two problems we had with the one door by realigning the rails and re-installing the two electric eyes in a more stable manner so that they would work properly and consistently. We needed new rubber seals on the bottom of both doors. He made the trip to the warehouse to pick up the proper seals that had just been delivered so that the job would be completed in one day. The seals are a much higher quality than the original ones that came with the doors. We would not hesitate to recommend Precision and Sherman to anyone in need of this service. Well Done!

I was able to call Precision on the weekend when my spring broke and make an appointment for a technician the next day. Eric did a great job explaining what needed to be repaired and what should be repaired for safety reasons since our garage door had 17 years of significant use. He was very professional, efficient and the job was done right. I would recommend Precision!

The representative of Precision Door Service who installed our garage door opener was pleasant, efficient and competent. I am enjoying our new Liftmaster opener and my family can’t believe how quiet the door opening and closing is. I love the bright LED lighting that is part of the opener. I’m so glad that Precision did such a nice job. The opener comes with a 3 year warranty so if anything goes wrong the repair will be performed at no cost.

I called Precision Garage Door Service late on Friday because the spring on our garage door snapped. The representative who assisted me was very helpful and professional, and gave me the first appointment for the next day, Saturday. Sherman Stepney, the Precision Garage Door serviceman, arrived on time and was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He repaired our garage door quickly and efficiently, gave my husband pointers on which parts of the garage door to keep lubricated, and even gave him a container of oil! When we need service in the future, we will be asking for Sherman by name. We also sincerely appreciate the military discount - it really means a lot to those who have served.

10/2/20. We used your company several years ago, and was very please to get Same Day service today with Dakota. He arrived timely adhering to COVID 19 guidelines, and wearing his mask. He was very professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable, assuring the the opening & closing lock on garage was OK. He closely inspected , and lubricated doors with used your silicone lubricant. He also recommended using a SILICONE lubricant about every 6 month for smoother opening & closing. Very pleased with Dakotas service, and your company. You remain professional, and seem to be keeping up with technology. I greatly appreciate photos of your technicians, and your very pleasant and helpful Receptionist . Thank for still being there to help us with this service. Thank You. Your Business page answers most our questions about your service company.

Outstanding customer service and professionalism delivered today by Sherman. I have used Precision a few times in the 16 years I have been in this home. While I have always had good experiences, Sherman has been by far, the best technician I have encountered. I needed to reinforce a broken panel. Sherman put a temporary brace in place to keep the door from buckling. However, I also opted to replace the door as a better long term option. Sherman showed me samples and answered all of my questions. Great technician and extremely pleasant customer experience.
