The technician, Rick was fantastic. He came on time and was very knowledgeable in his craft. He thoroughly explained my options for the job of replacing springs, cables, and rollers on a heavily used garage door. The install took less than an hour. The worspace was left very clean and all old parts were removed and disposed. Highly recommend the services of this wonderful company. I called as an emergency before 7am this morning, and the work was completed before 1 pm on the same day.

Our service person Mike was very knowledgeable and polite. Mike went over ever detail of the repairs along with the cost breakdown. He had all the items to make our repairs on his truck and within 90 minutes he was pulling away and my garage door works like it is brand new.

Excellent and quick service!! Preston, your technician, is professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient. He replaced the broken torsion spring along with the other worn parts on our huge garage door. This coming spring 2022 we'll have Precision replace the spring on our other garage door...before that breaks! We HIGhLY recommend Precision and Preston!

It was an all around great experience choosing Precision Door. The technician Charles called 20 minutes before he arrived and arrived within the time frame I was told. I was having a problem with my garage door not opening. It actually was still working. Charles explained it very clearly, so what we were experiencing would keep our door working. We were very thankful for him to come out even though there was no repair done. I would highly recommend Precision Door due to there professionalism and will certainly be calling them if I need service on my garage doors again.

First I am pleased with Precision for the ease in scheduling an appointment. I came home on Tuesday night and my garage door wouldn’t go up. I went online and Precision popped up. I was able to chat online and an appointment was scheduled for Wednesday morning. Craig Taylor was the technician that came. He called to let me know that he was on his way, with a time frame. He showed up before the time that he stated, which was great. I had a feeling that I needed a new opener, which was confirmed by Craig. Craig was very polite, friendly and professional. It was a pleasure communicating with him. Further, I like it when service providers know what they are doing, that is Craig. After completion, he instructed me on how to use the remote and wall unit. Overall, I am extremely pleased; my garage door isn’t as noisy as it was before.

I had no items replaced because your guy could not figure out how to install the key pad correctly so he put the old one back and kept having to get pamphlets to read. Remote just needed a battery and had 2 bulbs replaced. He had to program it again when he couldn’t get the new one to work because he couldn’t figure out the wires. I was charged $280 for 2 programming fees???? Disappointed and I went by the reviews and never got a 25 point inspection and will never use again. Overcharged and he needs retraining and he tried to first sale a 1000-1200 system and told me the system I had would be fine. His errors in programming cost me 2 fees?? I should of been charged only one fee for a service call and this was his ideal of saving me money???? Go with another company I wish I had.

This was one of the best service calls I have ever had. Keith was a star: kind, knowledgeable, thoughtful and completely competent. Our door was older and the previous owner had made some homemade repairs which left the door in a very dangerous condition. It now is completely safe and works like a charm. Very disappointed. Following what I thought was great service on September 30, we reached out for an appointment today noticing that something didn't seem to be operating correctly and learned that we need to spend an additional $800 on top of what we spent in September. Had we been given complete information at that time, we might have made a different decision.
