Sherman S. did a great job once he got here. If your technician is not going to make it within the time window, a courtesy call should be made to inform the customer. I had to call 2 times before he came 1 hour past the time window.

I would like to say that the gentlemen that came out to service my doors were Professional, Courteous and Very Knowledgeable of their profession. The lead man took the time to answer all my question, without hesitation. Upon completion , I was walked thru what was installed and repaired and the proper care for future reference. I was also provided an estimate for future potential work and was explained line by line what each entailed. Very professional gentlemen and wouldn't hesitate to call for future repairs etc. Thanks!

The customer service provided by Precision was excellent from start to finish! I spoke with Emily and Becca, who were both very pleasant, patient, and helpful. Rick was the technician who provided the service and was also pleasant and professional as he followed COVID -19 precautions while doing his job. He was very helpful and and did a great job explaining what could be wrong and the thought process for problem solving the issue. He also explained my options for repair and patiently answered all my questions. I appreciate that Rick didn’t try to sell me more than I needed when I thought I might need more, like a new garage door. Everything that needed to get installed was and with some lubrication to the door, it’s working like a charm and sounds like new! I would definitely use Precision again and recommend them to anyone with any garage door concerns!

Today we had our second service call on our new garage door. It opened as normal but we could not get it to return to the closed position, It would go down for about two feet and then reverse to the fully open position. We had an appointment and arrived back home just as the service man arrived. The door is not centered in the space between the two tracks. The service man adjusted the setting on the detector but did not center the door between the two tracks. I feel that we will continue to have problems.

I had an issue that was caused by the installation job from before I bought my house. Precision was quick reply and was able to get someone out the next morning. Dakota did a great job of looking over the entire installation and correcting the core issue to ensure that I didn't have the same problem in the future. He looked over all the parts and pinpointed some areas that could be problems in the future as well to correct them. He was very knowledgable and personable. Without a doubt, I will be calling Precision in the future for any garage door issues.

I called Precision late on a Friday afternoon after our garage door stopped working. They were extremely helpful and able to schedule a service technician to come out the following morning. Rick was technician that they sent out and he was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and very professional. He quickly explained exactly what the problem was and provided different repair options. After the repair was completed Rick thoroughly went over everything that was done. I would highly recommend Precision and Rick if you need garage door service.

I did not need to wait on hold when I called and I appreciated the prompt, same day service. The courteous serviceman, Sherman, called ahead, wore a mask (very important to me, a diabetic senior), explained the problem, and waited while I tested my car remote and keypad to be sure all was working correctly.

Sherman is an outstanding representative of your company. He is very personable, extremely knowledgable, and very professional in carrying out his work. He immediately diagnosed the two problems we had with the one door by realigning the rails and re-installing the two electric eyes in a more stable manner so that they would work properly and consistently. We needed new rubber seals on the bottom of both doors. He made the trip to the warehouse to pick up the proper seals that had just been delivered so that the job would be completed in one day. The seals are a much higher quality than the original ones that came with the doors. We would not hesitate to recommend Precision and Sherman to anyone in need of this service. Well Done!

I was able to call Precision on the weekend when my spring broke and make an appointment for a technician the next day. Eric did a great job explaining what needed to be repaired and what should be repaired for safety reasons since our garage door had 17 years of significant use. The representative of Precision Door Service who installed our garage door opener was pleasant, efficient and competent. I am enjoying our new Liftmaster opener and my family can’t believe how quiet the door opening and closing is. I love the bright LED lighting that is part of the opener. I’m so glad that Precision did such a nice job. The opener comes with a 3 year warranty so if anything goes wrong the repair will be performed at no cost.
