Taylor did a great job, he was very professional in his approach and explaining what he was about to do, he had everything he needed to do the job. Since I was in a rush to get this repair done, I accepted the price which by the way I thought it was way to high, but the rush drove me to accept, once finished, I google for more options and found ones half the price of what I was charged, $600 is way to high, found that the national average is $250 to $350 both springs included, labor and materials. Will I recommend Precision? Depends on your urgency!! Do they give good service? absolutely Yes!! Keep up the good work guys but try to bring your prices down a little. Thanks FaRo.

Precision installed our new garage door several years ago. We have had no problems until now and called last night for an appointment and were given a time frame for today. This is the second time that I used Precision and they again exceeded expectations. The spring in our garage door broke the preceding evening. We called precision and they had a technician, Craig, out to our residence the following morning by 8:15. He provided two options for repair and broke the work down by parts and warranty coverage. Once the decision was made, he efficiently began the repairs. In a timely fashion, the door was back in operation. Craig was friendly and answered all our questions. The work was superb.
