Precision Door Service installed a new garage opener that we purchased separately. Eric the technician was great! He was knowledgeable and courteous. Installed the new opener in a timely manner and was very thorough. Also, we felt very comfortable as all COVID guidelines were followed. It was also easy to get an appointment of my choice and the pricing for installation was fair. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service!

Called and scheduled appointment for next day Saturday service for outdoor garage keypad. Receptionist was super nice and efficient. Eric B. from Precision Overhead Garage Service called in advance to assure his arrival 1 hour before. Eric arrived promptly in uniform with safety mask and was very intelligent and informative of our options for garage keypad. He quickly performed the work and also gave us a tutorial on how to program and answered all our questions. He inspected both garage doors for any additional needs. I give Eric 5 stars for exceptional service and attitude with us as customers. From now on, I will always use Precision for my garage doors here in Howard County MD and intend to tell all by neighbors to use Precision in this brand new housing development !!! Excellent company keep up the awesome work!! Really appreciate an excellent company during these times!!!

He offered options for my garage door repair, I'm glad I went with their rollers, they absorb the sound really well; it was so extremely loud before. Get the rollers, you're going to be glad you did. Was able to get same day service for a malfunctioning garage door opener. That is practically unheard of these days! Eric, the technician, was great. Very professional and knowledgeable. Called Precision as it was recommended through Angie's List. Unfortunately I was out of town and my wife was home to meet the technician. My service call note was that I believed it was a fuse or the circuit board as we had a power outage and the motor worked fine. There was no smell or anything from a burnt out motor and even the lights did not come on for the reset. I was astounded when my wife told me that it was $600 and the motor was replaced. If I was told the motor needed to replace I would have purchased the motor for $200 at Ace Hardware and replace it myself. Felt like my wife was taken advantage of. The new garage door opener is excellent quality, installed well and works perfectly and the only reason for 2 stars. I felt like the technician upsold my wife and did not check the fuse or board (4 bolts). Not what I asked.

Workman were on tIme. Knew what they were doIng and worked effective and efficiently. Sherman and Rashard courteous and polite. Impressed with specific knowledge these workmen had at their command. I had the pleasure of meeting Keith, who has a wealth of knowledge and is an amazingly fast worker. My garage door was older than dirt but that didn't stop him from being fast and efficient in replacing all the parts and motor to my door. Not only was he a hard worker but he was charismatic to boot. Overall 10/10 experience, would recommend!
