Technician was on time, very professional and knowledgeable about service and products. Presented options clearly and did not pressure me to purchase something I didn’t need or want. Installation of new opener went smoothly and did not take a long time, but also was not rushed. Technician provided clear instructions on how to operate all opener equipment. Cleaned up after worked was completed also. I would gladly recommend Precision and Technician Sherman S. to others.

We called on a Sunday & someone answered the phone!!!! We were able to get an appointment for Monday afternoon. Rick came early (he texted & called to see if it was ok). He diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. He was able to do other work as well that I had no idea we could do -- he programmed our outdoor keypad for both doors. So knowledgeable & polite. We have used this company for many years & the technicians are very competent.

My garage door stopped operating on Friday evening on 9/11. I found Precision online and was able to get an appointment for Sat. 9/12 at 3:30 pm. The technician Eric arrived about 3 pm, assessed the problem which turned out to be a broken motor. The new motor was installed. Everything was completed in less than an hour. Excellent job by Eric and Precision

On 10 September Mr. Sherman Stepney was the technician who arrived to service my garage doors and openers which had been installed by Precision. Prior to his arrival he contacted me to take inform me that he was enroute and provided an estimated time of arrival. As promised he arrived within the time provided and promptly serviced my door. After analyzing the issue hr made the needed adjustments and then provided me with a thorough description of the work he had performed. Additionally he explained that I needed to lubricate the hinges quarterly and told me what type of lubricant I should purchase. Throughout his visit he remained masked and bob served recommended COVID 19 social distancing. Lastly he informed me that he had contacted the office and informed them that the work was performed under warranty vice just as a repeat customer as was indicated. I was extremely happy with the Mr Stepney. He was courteous, thorough and extremely profession. I will definitely use Precision again because of the quality customer service and the professionalism exhibited by Mr. Stepney
