Great customer service. I purchased my Garage door from Overhead Garage Precision Door Service a couple of years ago. I recently needed service on the door, because it would not open. Anthony, the service tech arrived on time and took care of the problem in a professional manner. I did not bother to call around for estimates, based on my past experience with Precision Door I just phoned them because of the great service I received in the past.

Our garage door opening mechanism wasn't working. Taylor quickly found what the immediate problem was, and then suggested a range of things we could do to upgrade the door-raising mechanism to extend the life of the mechanism. He did a great job of explaining things to us. He arrived when he said he would -- something we greatly appreciated. He is a credit to your firm.

Precision door came out with little notice and took care of our garage door that wouldn't close. Turned out it was a broken gear and due to an older model we had a new unit had to be installed. The employee Erik was very courteous, professional and answered all of our questions. Great service! I would recommend this company for any garage door issues. We give the experience a 5 star.

I’d give you 10 stars if I could! Chris was absolutely delightful, totally honest, explained everything so clearly, and on top of all that has a great sense of humor! But of course the most important part is he did a great job at doing some repairs on my garage door and pad, and letting me know why they were needed after he had inspected it. Everything is running smoothly now and I feel like everything is much safer. Chris is awesome and I hope the company recognizes that and rewards him somehow. My second great experience with your company… I will be a Precision Garage Door fan for life!

I must say I was super impressed with this company right from the start. I called on a Sunday and was able to get a same-day appointment for an emergency repair on my garage door - that's almost unheard of these days! I had an unusual repair because I had no electricity in my garage due to a recent storm, I have an automatic door opener only, and therefore was unable to get my car out of the garage. Sherman went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to get my car out and get me back in business. He was extremely helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and when I purchase my new garage door opener. I definitely want Sherman to install it for me. HE IS THE VERY BEST!

We had Precision install our first garage door opener almost 20 years ago and it worked well for all that time. We also had a replacement garage door done by your company. When we needed the opener replaced, it was pretty much a no brainer as to who we would get to do it. The installer/technician was very knowledgeable/efficient and very personable. He had all the parts necessary to complete the job on the same day, which was a plus. He was an excellent representative for the company. This is a tough review. The first technician came out to repair our garage doors, etc albeit they were in disrepair. He was new and inexperienced so the work was subpar. However, we called Precision Doors to redo the work. They did so without hesitation, hassles, questions, or additional costs.

Sherman, our service person, came within the time I was given and let me know he was on his way. He inspected the door and said that the coil spring and cables needs to be replaced. He completed the job and was very friendly doing it.
