Great Company with Great Service! Called yesterday and got an appointment for the next day. Sherman arrived within the given appointment window with a call ahead to ensure we were home. He quickly analyzed the problem and provided three reasonable quotes. Sherman was prepared to repair on the spot and even repaired an unrelated call issue with not questions asked. Company provides warranty on their work (great bonus). I highly recommend and will call back for all future garage needs!! And yes they are COVID-19 compliant!!

Our tech, Justin called to let us know the arrival time and arrived on time. He inspected our door (broken spring) and prepared an estimate. He worked in a timely fashion and was informative as to what he was repairing. Knowledgeable, confident, respectful of stuff in the garage and had the part needed on the truck. All good! My Garage rollup door broke thursday evening. I called SEARS home improvement several times and left messages to no avail friday then my girlfriend forwarded me a link to your site around 3pm friday and I called and the girl that answered the phone was very nice and helpful. She was able to give me an appointment first thing Saturday morning at 10. The tech was an hour early which never happens and he fixed my issue in about an hour. He knew what he was doing and had all the equipment on the truck so he wouldnt have to go and come back. Service was pricey but I have to say it was excellent. You will probably have alot of business in my neighborhood because everyone uses their garage as a main entrance.

Top notch operation. From Mike the owner, to the salesman JR to the installers, Derrick and Cortez, everybody was great. JR helped me pick out the right door for the right price. Derrick and Cortez came in and installed my replacement door with no problem. New door works great and they hauled the old heavy wooden door away. A good job done the way it should be.

Called about 9am and they were here about 2pm and done before 4pm. This included replacing my dead 27-year-old Genie screw drive opener with a new Liftmaster WLED unit. And the new unit is SO much quieter that the old one. Our tech, Keith C. was polite, courteous and knew his stuff. Definitely recommend and will use in the future!
