I can't say how great the customer service was. Mary with the dispatch center set us up quick, and Sherman was great at diagnosis on the problem. The main. Motor had failed and he had the parts to replace it. The fact it was same day service made it even better. The price was right and reasonable. Awesome crew!

Sherman S. did a great job once he got here. If your technician is not going to make it within the time window, a courtesy call should be made to inform the customer. I had to call 2 times before he came 1 hour past the time window.

The lead man took the time to answer all my question, without hesitation. Upon completion , I was walked thru what was installed and repaired and the proper care for future reference. The customer service provided by Precision was excellent from start to finish! I spoke with Emily and Becca, who were both very pleasant, patient, and helpful. Rick was the technician who provided the service and was also pleasant and professional as he followed COVID -19 precautions while doing his job. He was very helpful and and did a great job explaining what could be wrong and the thought process for problem solving the issue. He also explained my options for repair and patiently answered all my questions. I appreciate that Rick didn’t try to sell me more than I needed when I thought I might need more, like a new garage door. Everything that needed to get installed was and with some lubrication to the door, it’s working like a charm and sounds like new! I would definitely use Precision again and recommend them to anyone with any garage door concerns!
