This was one of the best service calls I have ever had. Keith was a star: kind, knowledgeable, thoughtful and completely competent. Our door was older and the previous owner had made some homemade repairs which left the door in a very dangerous condition. It now is completely safe and works like a charm. We cannot thank Keith enough. He was a true professional and a real credit to Precision Door.

Very disappointed. Following what I thought was great service on September 30, we reached out for an appointment today noticing that something didn't seem to be operating correctly and learned that we need to spend an additional $800 on top of what we spent in September. Had we been given complete information at that time, we might have made a different decision.

If I am not mistaken, you installed the original garage door in our Town Home 29 years ago and left a sticker just above the light switch. I believe this is only the second time we have had the need to call you and you were just as responsive as the first time, very Professional, accurate and efficient. The Technician's name was 'Rick" and he was about the business of getting it done. Thank You.

Taylor did a great job, he was very professional in his approach and explaining what he was about to do, he had everything he needed to do the job. Since I was in a rush to get this repair done, I accepted the price which by the way I thought it was way to high, but the rush drove me to accept, once finished, I google for more options and found ones half the price of what I was charged, $600 is way to high, found that the national average is $250 to $350 both springs included, labor and materials. Will I recommend Precision? Depends on your urgency!! Do they give good service? absolutely Yes!! Keep up the good work guys but try to bring your prices down a little. Thanks FaRo.

I have used other garage door companies in the past and you guys are the best by far. The repair was set up promptly and Charles (technician) called me ahead of time as I requested and showed up on time. He diagnosed the problem, provided me a written estimate, and fixed the issue quickly. It's nice to see a company that actually cares about customer service!

Keith diagnosed the problem with my garage door immediately, and resolved it very quickly. He was extremely nice in explaining the cause to me, so we could avoid a recurrence. It is rare these days to deal with someone who is as pleasant as he clearly is competent. Keith in an outstanding representative for your company.
