Outstanding customer service and professionalism delivered today by Sherman. I have used Precision a few times in the 16 years I have been in this home. While I have always had good experiences, Sherman has been by far, the best technician I have encountered. I needed to reinforce a broken panel. Sherman put a temporary brace in place to keep the door from buckling. However, I also opted to replace the door as a better long term option. Sherman showed me samples and answered all of my questions. Great technician and extremely pleasant customer experience.

We called on a Sunday & someone answered the phone!!!! We were able to get an appointment for Monday afternoon. Rick came early (he texted & called to see if it was ok). He diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. He was able to do other work as well that I had no idea we could do -- he programmed our outdoor keypad for both doors. So knowledgeable & polite. We have used this company for many years & the technicians are very competent.

My garage door stopped operating on Friday evening on 9/11. I found Precision online and was able to get an appointment for Sat. 9/12 at 3:30 pm. The technician Eric arrived about 3 pm, assessed the problem which turned out to be a broken motor. The new motor was installed. Everything was completed in less than an hour. On 10 September Mr. Sherman Stepney was the technician who arrived to service my garage doors and openers which had been installed by Precision. Prior to his arrival he contacted me to take inform me that he was enroute and provided an estimated time of arrival. As promised he arrived within the time provided and promptly serviced my door. After analyzing the issue hr made the needed adjustments and then provided me with a thorough description of the work he had performed. Additionally he explained that I needed to lubricate the hinges quarterly and told me what type of lubricant I should purchase. Throughout his visit he remained masked and bob served recommended COVID 19 social distancing. Lastly he informed me that he had contacted the office and informed them that the work was performed under warranty vice just as a repeat customer as was indicated. I was extremely happy with the Mr Stepney. He was courteous, thorough and extremely profession. I will definitely use Precision again because of the quality customer service and the professionalism exhibited by Mr. Stepney
