This is the second time that I used Precision and they again exceeded expectations. The spring in our garage door broke the preceding evening. We called precision and they had a technician, Craig, out to our residence the following morning by 8:15. He provided two options for repair and broke the work down by parts and warranty coverage. Once the decision was made, he efficiently began the repairs. In a timely fashion, the door was back in operation. Craig was friendly and answered all our questions. The work was superb. Thanks again.

Scheduling was fast and efficient, 30 minutes later Dakota arrived at my house. He made the needed replacements and upgrades, cleaned up after himself and ensured that we knew how to use the new opener and program our cars and remotes. I highly recommend Precision!

We needed weather stripping replaced on our garage doors, as well as some other repairs and had difficulty finding someone who was able to repair our 40 year old doors. We ended up calling Precision Garage Doors and were able to make an appointment for the same day. Our technician, Chris, was wonderful! He suggested that we add safety cables, which were missing in our doors, and completed all repairs efficiently and carefully. So professional! Chris represented his company so well and is friendly and courteous!

I have used Precision Garage Doors for many years. They have installed new garage doors, keypads and periodically I call them to check functioning and to lubricate. I have had only great experiences with the company and all technicians. They are experienced, reliable, thorough and trustworthy. My technician today was RICK, who was excellent. He was helpful;, informative, pleasant and did a great job, even checking for things I forgot to ask about. I highly recommend this company for all your garage door needs!

Precision is very responsive to your call and gets a technician out ASAP. Their technicians are knowledgeable, professional, and personable willing to explain what the problem is and what’s necessary to fix it. Over the years I’ve used Precision for repair of broken springs, new garage door opener, and the recent repair and adjustment. I won’t call anyone else but Precision.

Our service tech as polite and prompt. Unfortunately, even though I had discussed the make/model/age (23 years) of our garage door opener to ensure that the Precision Tech would have any necessary parts on his truck, when he arrived...he did not have any parts. He proceeded to say that the best thing is just to replace the entire unit. This was a disappointment, as I had already discussed the desire to repair with their scheduler and the truck arrived with no parts. Cost for 2 replacement units were quoted at $953 (better) and $1165 (best). I cannot rate their install work as we elected to research the proposed models before investing.

A kind, knowledgeable, professional, and caring service tech arrived at my home to repair/replace broken springs on my garage door. They will call before they arrive to let you know they are on the way to your home, this is a plus also. Everything was explained in detail and I was given three options to choose from. The tech cleaned up afterward the repair. This is the second time I have used this company and will recommend them and use them myself if something arises again.

Eric contacted us to let us know he was on his way to do the annual service on our garage door. We were at the Vet due to an emergency with our pet. Eric graciously rearranged his schedule to meet our needs. He serviced our door quickly and efficiently and gave my husband a can of spray for the door hinges. Once again superb customer service from Precision!

A very positive experience for repair to my garage door. Derrick explained to me what the issues were, how he would fix them, and what the charge would be. He called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. He was professional and friendly. I highly recommend Precision and Derrick both.

My parents were going out of town and my dad had an issue with his garage door. I remembered seeing the.commercial for Precision. I called and was impressed from the moment I spoke with customer service. I feel rerrible that I can not remember her name but she was friendly, courteous, helpful, and informative. I also can not say enough about the technician, Eric Bartow. He was the model of professionalism. He was timely, friendly, knowlrdgeable, informative, respectful, and friendly. I do not ordinarily write lengthy reviews but wanted to make sure that if if this helped anyone to decide to use this company, than I would take the time to do this. You will not regret it, they are fantastic!! Thank you Eric and company for helping me ease my dad's mind!!!

I’d like to thank Derrrick our service man who explained in detail what service to do to correct our problem. Also noticed on our other door a potential problem that needed to be addressed. Also it was great that they were able to come out the next day on a Saturday to service our doors. Thank You
