Garage door were very noisy when opening and closing. Contacted Precision garage doors based on bbb rating of A+ and reviews. Was able to get an appointment convenient to my schedule. Chris C, the t3chnicisn, arrived exactly on time. I explained the problem, he listened and then performed a system check. He concluded the doors were fine, openers were fine, but there was noticeable tear and tear on the moving parts which support the door, spring, tension cables, drums, etc. He then worked up an estimate and explained what was going to be done. He completed the work in the time estimated and showed me the results. Excellent job. Job site was clean.

My spring on the garage door broke on a Saturday evening. I called Precision on Sunday morning hoping they would be able to repair on Monday. To my surprise I got an appointment on Sunday. Dakota came to repair my door he installed a new spring, bearings, new cables and new rollers. Dakota did an excellent job I am very pleased. I wrote Precision's phone number on my door manually so I will know who to call when I have any issues with the garage door. Thanks again for the quick response

Sherman, our service person, came within the time I was given and let me know he was on his way. He inspected the opener and made an adjustment that may solve the problem. If not, he also gave me 3 estimates for replacement motors. Prompt and professional. They installed our door and opener years ago and we continue to call them when needed.

The technician, Rick G., provided excellent service. He arrived within the scheduled time window, quickly assessed the work that needed to be done, advised me on the best course of action, and completed the installation of new drive cables, pullets and rollers and garage door openers well within the time frame of his estimate. Throughout the appointment he was highly professional, very technically competent and exhibited the very best in customer service skills, including a demeanor of honesty and trustworthiness. We placed a call for service due to a broken spring and was able to receive same day service from Sherman. He was thorough in his assessment and explanation of our problem and assisted us with fixing the spring and making an improvement to make our equipment last longer. This is my second time needing to call for emergency service and we have received same day service both times.
