I was very pleased with the person that came to my house to give me an estimate. While I think the cost of the door is reasonable, I think the quote for the opener is very high. The most expensive door opener that I saw on-line was around $500 and that included everything that you quoted. In addition, Lowes quoted the cost to install around $150. You quoted price for everything was $1027.

We called for an after hours repair and the tech was onsite within an hour. Instead of simply repairing the issue at hand, he offered tips and recommendations for repairs (that should have been installed when the home was built). He was very polite and quick to make the fixes. Great service!

This was my third time using Precision, and as usual, they did not disappoint. I called for just a regular tune-up service. Nick was our tech and he was professional and knowledgeable. I was his last appointment of the day and he had already had a long day, but he took time to point out and explain things to me and didn’t seem rushed at all. The customer service and kindness from this company is top notch and it keeps me coming back. We’ve had three different techs and all three have been wonderful. Nick clearly takes pride in his role and understands the importance of providing excellent customer service.

He checked every part of our garage door operation and showed me how performance would be improved by replacing certain parts. He did not come in and advise me to replace everything since our motor was fine. I greatly respect his honest opinions. One of the springs on my garage door broke late Sunday evening. I telephoned Precision at 7A.M. on Monday. I was given a time to expect a technician to arrive between 1 P. M. and 5 P.M. that same day. Precision also sent me an e-mail to confirm the appointment. That e-mail not only told me the name of the technician but also included his picture. He telephoned me a little before 1 P.M. to say he was on his way. He explained what needed to be replaced and work was completed within a hour. I am completely satisfied with the service and will certainly use this company if needed in the future.

To tell you the truth, I have used precision doors once before years ago. This time I was passing one of your trucks with the easy way of contacting you via text message God made it so easy to contact the company and the response was pretty instantaneous. I was very pleased with that and the service was on time professional quickly done, and the technician whose name is Nick was very professional, pleasant and I was able to get a discount because I’m a senior citizen, he noted that I just needed to replace the springs and I do believe one pulley and like I said before the work was done very quickly and efficiently. I would recommend the company highly.
