Jamal Crosby represented your company with a lot of professionalism and courtesy. He called to let me when he was on the way which was very helpful to me. Not only did he find out what the problem was with the garage door and resolve it, he also educated me on what to do if I had issues with it in the future. Thank you, Jamal! Will definitely call Precision for any other problems with my Garage door.

I was completely satisfied with my experience with the Precision team. Austin was friendly, professional - made me feel totally comfortable, and I really appreciated how Precision kept me apprised of when Austin would be arriving. I wish that Precision Doors were available to do all my home maintenance projects as it was a pleasure dealing with their organization and people. And now with new springs, bearings, etc., my garage door is quieter than I can ever remember previously. Thank you!

My service representative Tito was very professional when he called to say he was on his way for my appointment. Tito showed excellent interest in attending to my concern about the noise, slight hesitation of my garage door as it opened. He gave me adequate information about the age of my door and what he recommended to enhance its performance. I appreciated his attention to detail and his kindness while working with me with my repairs.

I chose Precision Garage Door Service because of the high rating and good reviews in Consumers’ Checkbook. I couldn’t have been happier with my service, beginning with being able to get an appointment the same day for my garage door repair. A wheel went out of the track and a brace put a hole in the garage ceiling. Chris Loetz was punctual, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Chris figured out the problem and fixed everything. I will use your company again if needed and recommend Precision Garage Door to my family, friends and neighbors.

They were able to figure out what the issues where others had failed. It was simple the garage door trim was old and sticking to doors. So when you open the doors they were sticking to the trim pulling of the doors stopping them from opening sometimes. Thanks. I will update when they return to make the repairs.

Elijah was outstanding in service and communication of what needed to be replaced. He was so professional for a young man, and I was very impressed. We have used Precision twice now, and I would never call anyone else. A top quality level of service at a fair price both times. I am a satisfied customer.
