He was able to explain everything in layman's terms so that they were understanding. He pointed out deficiencies and possible trouble points. There was no reason to doubt this young man's expertise within the subject matter. Upon completion he ensured that the garage door was balanced and fully functional, explained warranties and most importantly, cleaned up behind his work.

Precision Garage Door is a wonderful company. I have used them several times and have never been disappointed. The most recent was this past Monday, Memorial Day. The day before (Sunday) the cable on my garage door became disabled and the door was stuck halfway open. Not only was I able to make an appointment online for Memorial Day but I was also able to chat with an agent who confirmed the appointment. The technician, Ron, came at the scheduled time and he could not have been nicer. He diagnosed the issue quickly and told me what he had to do. It was a pleasure having Ron perform the service. I highly recommend this company.
