Today I received wonderful service from the tech from Precision service. His name is Brent, he was courteous, and kind and professional. He took the time to clearly explain the issue with the garage and even gave me a tutorial on how to open the garage door if I ever need to do it manually. He repaired the problem in a timely manner. I am a happy customer. I also really appreciate the online platform for making appointments. Kudos to Precision Garage for having that and making it easy for people to get the help they need. I also like the communication done to let me know when the tech was arriving.

I had a remote and exterior remote issue with my two garage door openers. I called Precision Door Service yesterday and they responded immediately. Brent was asked to come to my house and both Brent and the company let me know when he was coming and kept me up to speed with both text and e-mail messages. Great communication! Once at the house Brent assessed the problems with my garage door openers and immediate fixed the problem along with replacing my rollers on my garage door. Brent was great to deal with and he gave me an estimate for all work. I highly recommend Precision Door Service and Brent! Thank-you!

Jamal was wonderful, both as a person and as a repairman. He got out to us earlier than we expected in an emergency situation, was very personable, and was able to find a cable belt on his truck that fit a 20+ year old garage door engine. He even took the opportunity to fix a rail whose screw had come out of the ceiling, and stabilize the door. It's now opening and closing more smoothly than it has in years. Thank you so much for all of your help!

Mr. George Harrison was a wonderful technician and representative of Precision Garage Door Service. He was extremely professional, courteous and conscientious of our time. I was most anxious about picking up our daughter, and he finished well before necessary. When he asked me to try out the door, I couldn't believe how quiet the rolling is...prior, it sounded just short of nails on a chalk board at times. It was a very unexpected expense, but Mr. Harrison compensated with a friendly, but courteous, attitude and a job well done.
