Broke a spring at 9pm, Called the next day at 745am and fixed by 12:30pm. Great service and the Tech was super nice, even found some parts that were needing replaced and or wrong and had them on board to make it a complete repair! Highly recommend!

I called Saturday mid-morning and was glad to hear that I could have someone come out to my home and hopefully fix my garage door that had just broke a spring that morning. A gentleman by the name of Kyler looked it over and showed me that I needed to have Springs and Cables, plus upgrade on the rollers. Thankfully, it could be fixed that day. Precision Garage Door of Frederick was timely and did a good.

Chris was very knowledgeable about what went wrong and how he was going to fix it. Chris explained to me step by step what he was doing. Chris was very pleasant to talk to. After he finished he tested the remotes,the keypad, and the garage door three times to make sure everything was working then he had me to try it a few times and ofcourse it was working just fine. He asked if there was anything else I needed and I said that you did everything I asked for. If I have any problems again with my garage door or remotes I want Chris to be the one you send out to fix my problem. Thank you for sending him.

What a wonderful experience came out of a bad encounter. Two weeks prior to calling Precision Garage Door, I had the misfortune of working with another garage door company. Without going into particular details, their fix made my door worse. But thanks to Craig T, I got a garage door I'm happy with, I got an education in garage doors and I got my faith back in that are still a few honest, competent and good service providing people left in the world.

I was surprised that I could get an appointment right away. Brandon Phillips called and set up an appointment for Jan. 12th. He was on time and did not waste any time in inspecting my garage door. He gave me 2 estimates, one for 2 extension springs and the for a single spring. I chose the first option. He said it would take about an hour. true to his word the door was fixed in an hour. I handled the billing, it was easy. I would call upon, Precision, Brandon, again if I need any other work done on the garage door. I have already told friends about the great job that was done. Thanks again Brandon.

We had a good experience with Precision. Nick arrived early (after calling first to ask if that would be ok) and inspected our garage door and opener. He explained what he saw as the problems and gave us a couple of options of how to proceed and the cost for each option. We made our decision and he got to work right away and had all the repair parts he needed on his truck. When done he explained everything he had done and we tested the door and opener thoroughly before he left. All is now working as it should.
