They were able to figure out what the issues where others had failed. It was simple the garage door trim was old and sticking to doors. So when you open the doors they were sticking to the trim pulling of the doors stopping them from opening sometimes. Thanks. I will update when they return to make the repairs.

He was able to explain everything in layman's terms so that they were understanding. He pointed out deficiencies and possible trouble points. There was no reason to doubt this young man's expertise within the subject matter. Upon completion he ensured that the garage door was balanced and fully functional, explained warranties and most importantly, cleaned up behind his work.
