Had a sudden (and scary) failure of the spring on my garage door last night, called these guys and they had someone at my house by 9AM today. Ron was the tech and he was very knowledgeable and professional; quickly inspected the entire door system and presented me an estimate which included 3 different options based on the condition of the 12 year old door system. Ron was very personable and did not push any option but showed why I might want consider some additional maintenance/repair/upgrade features. He was finished in a couple of hours and did a great job.

Couldn’t have had a better experience with Percision. I called at 7:30 am to say we couldn’t get our garage door to open. By 10 a.m. a very nice young man was here working on it and by noon it was repaired. Very grateful

My experience with Precision Garage Service was top notch. Even though my home is only 2 1/2 years old the garage door is loud upon opening and closing. I was tired of the loud noises so I called Precision. Keyon, the technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. After he completed the inspection, he show me each area of the garage door that could improve it's operation. He explained every step in the process and what the outcome would be. He was right. Once the rollers were replaced and the correct spring rod installed, omg, what a difference it made. It's so much quieter. I'm a very satisfied customer. Thanks Kenyon, for a job well done. When looking for someone to repair my garage door that would not open Saturday night, I saw that Precision Garage Door provided same day service. They were booked up Sunday when I called, Derrick arrived Monday morning and, after checking out the problem, he explained to me clearly three options. I liked the confidence he showed and the fact that he did not push one option over the other. An hour and a half later, I was pleased that the door was performing perfectly. I recommend Derrick and the company he works for.

I selected Precision Garage Door because I was called immediately (~7 pm) after my request (no auto email), service was available the next day and partly because of their on-line rating. Called Precision when my 24 year-old opener quit working over the weekend. Called on Monday, and installer/technician Craig Taylor was out within a couple of hours. While they could have repaired the old opener, I elected to purchase the new Genie belt-drive wi-fi enabled opener with battery backup, as reparing the old opener would have been at least half the cost of new. Craig explained everything completely and succinctly, and work was done within about an hour and 15 minutes. While total cost might have been a bit more than purchasing opener myself and having it installed, installation with Precision comes with warranty and peace of mind. Only disappointment was that wi-fi feature will not work on my (older) phone. Called customer support....they had just upgraded app 2 weeks prior, and it now requires Android OS 10 and above. (Mine is v.9). So, I guess if the door had broken two weeks ago, the older version of the app would still work. I imagine that things will work when I eventually upgrade the phone. Alternatively, it would be good if Genie would release a backward-compatible version of the new wi-fi app.

Precision Garage Door installed my "replacement" garage door equipment and they have been very responsible with responding to a couple of repair issues. My service appointment was scheduled the same day and confirmed via email. The technician (Bobby) contacted me when he was on the way - a full hour earlier than expected. When he arrived, he explained what he would be doing, and offered other preventative care options beyond the repair without being pushy. The job was done quickly and then he made sure I understood everything he had done to include several checks of the repaired garage door. He was courteous and a real pro. I paid exactly what I was quoted.
