I had a garage spring break last evening. I contacted Precision and was able to schedule the repair for today using the chat tool on the webpage. Derrick E. Arrived on time. He performed a thorough inspection and provided detailed options on parts he recommended to be replaced. I wanted to have the job done right, but had sticker shock. He called his supervisor and got a price reduction which I found reasonable. He performed the replacements, meticulously adjusted the balance, explained everything and lubed all parts and joints on the door. He is a great asset to your company.

Cable to one of my garage doors broke on a Saturday and Precision Garage Door came out the next day and replaced the cables and pulleys on both doors. Chris L. was my technician and was very professional. Chris explained what the cables did and informed me that the cables on the other door were getting ready to break. I would use PGD again.

Technician Austin A. came out to repair my garage door as it was problematic in raising and lowering the manual wooden garage door. He recommended that my garage door would need new hardware (springs, cables, guide wire, neoprene roller casters and etc.) to make it easier for me to raise and lower it with the mechanical improvements he would install. Now, my garage door works smooth and great and no more rumbling noisy sound it used to have when raising and lowering it. Austin A. was courteous, polite and is a true craftsman at his trade. I emailed your company this am and was offered a same day pm appointment which was great! I had my garage door installed by another company in October but one of the brackets fell off soon. The installer came at night and supposedly fixed it but it was too dark outside to notice that there was a 2" gap where the garage door did not touch the ground. I called again but the other company gave many excuses and would not set a repair date for weeks. When I finally called Precision garage, they came and fixed it quickly and correctly. I will only use your company in the future because you are reliable, respond quickly, and do repair work properly the first time.

JamalC. was assigned to fix my garage door bracket. He was very informative and fixed the broken bracket. My home warranty used another vendor (same name as the beltway) and they were dispatched twice and both times band-aid the issue so I decided to pay out of pocket to get it done correctly. I needed my garage door repaired and Googled a garage door company in general. Precision Garage Door was first on the list. I had no preference in companies. I took a chance in making an appointment online as opposed to making a phone call. I was pleased with the ease of navigating the website to make an appointment. I chose a 2-4pm window for the appointment. Austin was my technician, but his information led him to my house at 1pm, for somehow that was the time that was given to him. Not a big deal. I would have, however, appreciated a confirmation text/email on the date of the repair confirming that Austin would be there. Austin was very pleasant, professional, friendly and thorough.

My sister’s car was stuck in the garage because the garage door wouldn’t open. When I called Precision Garage Service, they immediately put us on the schedule and came out to help us! The service technician saw the problem and gave us several options. Not only did we have that door repaired, we decided to have the 2nd door repaired.
