My garage door keypad wasn’t working. I noticed it, particularly when it was extremely cold outside. Jamal, technician examined the keypad and didn’t notice any defects. To ensure me of his findings, he had me use the keypad several times. What I appreciate about the service Jamal Crosby provided, was his knowledge, his ability to communicate findings and professionalism. In addition, without being asked, he checked the wiring of the garage doors and determined they were in good shape. With that said, “l’m a happy customer”. As for Jamal, he provided this customer excellent service.

Tavon F. was very polite and very professional. Called in advance and arrived as stated. Actually introduced himself and shook hands! Promptly repaired my garage door, explaining everything he was doing. Showed each item that needed to repaired before replacement. Explained possible causes for parts that needed replacement. No hard sell for a new replacement door. Was up front with all expenses for the new door. I was so impressed, I asked if he could return to install the replacement garage door.

These guys are professional, polite, knowledgeable and prompt. I had Precision install my high-lift garage door with a jackshaft opener. I had a car lift to install and the height and operation needed to be just right with the garage door. They set me up correctly and I was extremely satisfied. Today, I had an issue with the door after 3 years and Precision had a person at my door the following day. They would have had someone over on a Sunday if I chose that day. Bolts loosen, as they do, but the tech that came to my house diagnosed the issue in a few minutes. Very happy overall and this is my only garage door service choice.

When I didn't get a response to my online request, I called and they scheduled me for the next day (Saturday). I made the online request before the New Year's weekend so I'm not letting the lack of a call influence my rating. Ron called ahead of my service window to see if an early arrival was okay. Once he arrived, he went right to work to chase down and diagnose the problem with my door. He offered two options, and I chose to have him replace several components and correct two brackets that were installed incorrectly. He had all of the parts in his van, so there was no delay completing the repairs. Thanks, Ron!
