We chose precision doors after seeing there ads on TV. We thought we would give them a try and boy did they live up to the commercial. Our guy Chris who came to the house was knowledgeable, curtious and very friendly. He had our garage door working in no time and had all the parts right there on his truck. Precision was able to provide a temporary repair which I appreciate as I was unable to close the door leaving my valuable items exposed. The technician Keion was very professional and apologized for the late arrival. I gave 4 stars because I was scheduled for the time frame of 8-10:30 AM per the email confirmation. However, by 11:30 the technician had not arrived. After calling customer service I was told the email was inaccurate and the technician should arrive by 12 noon. At 1:24 PM the technician had not arrived so I called customer service again and was told someone was running behind but would call when in route and asked if I wanted to reschedule. That was poor customer service in my opinion because no one called to say anything. I understand delays happen but communication is key when running a business. Had it not been for the sense of urgency I would’ve canceled the service call simply because of the poor communication.

I found this company online after reviewing a few companies, and was well pleased with their responsiveness when I called about replacing my garage door. My car was stuck inside the garage, but technicians Craig and (?) were able to come the next day and they got the car out, as well as evaluating with me the pros and cons of an immediate repair of the old door or waiting about a week or two until installation of a new door. James, the installing technician, did an excellent, professional job.

I had a garage spring break last evening. I contacted Precision and was able to schedule the repair for today using the chat tool on the webpage. Derrick E. Arrived on time. He performed a thorough inspection and provided detailed options on parts he recommended to be replaced. I wanted to have the job done right, but had sticker shock. He called his supervisor and got a price reduction which I found reasonable. He performed the replacements, meticulously adjusted the balance, explained everything and lubed all parts and joints on the door. He is a great asset to your company.

Cable to one of my garage doors broke on a Saturday and Precision Garage Door came out the next day and replaced the cables and pulleys on both doors. Chris L. was my technician and was very professional. Chris explained what the cables did and informed me that the cables on the other door were getting ready to break. I would use PGD again.
