Technician Austin A. came out to repair my garage door as it was problematic in raising and lowering the manual wooden garage door. He recommended that my garage door would need new hardware (springs, cables, guide wire, neoprene roller casters and etc.) to make it easier for me to raise and lower it with the mechanical improvements he would install. Now, my garage door works smooth and great and no more rumbling noisy sound it used to have when raising and lowering it. Austin A. was courteous, polite and is a true craftsman at his trade. I emailed your company this am and was offered a same day pm appointment which was great! I had my garage door installed by another company in October but one of the brackets fell off soon. The installer came at night and supposedly fixed it but it was too dark outside to notice that there was a 2" gap where the garage door did not touch the ground. I called again but the other company gave many excuses and would not set a repair date for weeks. When I finally called Precision garage, they came and fixed it quickly and correctly. I will only use your company in the future because you are reliable, respond quickly, and do repair work properly the first time.

I needed my garage door repaired and Googled a garage door company in general. Precision Garage Door was first on the list. I had no preference in companies. I took a chance in making an appointment online as opposed to making a phone call. I was pleased with the ease of navigating the website to make an appointment. I chose a 2-4pm window for the appointment. Austin was my technician, but his information led him to my house at 1pm, for somehow that was the time that was given to him. Not a big deal. I would have, however, appreciated a confirmation text/email on the date of the repair confirming that Austin would be there. Austin was very pleasant, professional, friendly and thorough.
