You were recommended by a Neighbor. Tavon is an excellent representative for your company. He checked every part of our garage door operation and showed me how performance would be improved by replacing certain parts. He did not come in and advise me to replace everything since our motor was fine. I greatly respect his honest opinions. He had all of the many parts of the rollers, bolts, springs and cables on his truck and was able to renew our door operation in 1 visit. Tavon and Precision have earned 5 stars!

I looked up part that was needed based on model number of motor unit but it was no longer available, “drive belt “ so I called Precision Door Co. they came out next day right on time with a heads up call from the technician Dakota, he had the parts on his van and has my door up and running!! Good times!!

One of the springs on my garage door broke late Sunday evening. I telephoned Precision at 7A.M. on Monday. I was given a time to expect a technician to arrive between 1 P. M. and 5 P.M. that same day. Precision also sent me an e-mail to confirm the appointment. That e-mail not only told me the name of the technician but also included his picture. He telephoned me a little before 1 P.M. to say he was on his way. He explained what needed to be replaced and work was completed within a hour. I am completely satisfied with the service and will certainly use this company if needed in the future.

He was courteous and friendly. He diagnosed the problem immediately, gave us a quote that was acceptable, and did the repairs quickly and cleanly. To tell you the truth, I have used precision doors once before years ago. This time I was passing one of your trucks with the easy way of contacting you via text message God made it so easy to contact the company and the response was pretty instantaneous. I was very pleased with that and the service was on time professional quickly done, and the technician whose name is Nick was very professional, pleasant and I was able to get a discount because I’m a senior citizen, he noted that I just needed to replace the springs and I do believe one pulley and like I said before the work was done very quickly and efficiently. I would recommend the company highly.
