Every aspect of the service from Precision Garage Door was fantastic. The customer service representative was able to schedule an on-site consultation in less than 24 hrs. The on site technician, Jamal Crosby, was absolutely phenomenal. He was able to quickly analyze the need for a repair, not replacement, through the point inspection. He then worked the repair for both garage doors with accuracy and efficiency. His attention to detail on ensuring a proper repair was noticed. Furthermore, he kept me in formed of all actions and explained future preventative maintenance and the 3-year warranty to ensure the doors work for years to come. Thank you!

Promptly repaired my garage door, explaining everything he was doing. Showed each item that needed to repaired before replacement. Explained possible causes for parts that needed replacement. No hard sell for a new replacement door. Was up front with all expenses for the new door. I was so impressed, I asked if he could return to install the replacement garage door.

Tito arrived and I explained the issue. I had a feeling about the outcome, but he confirmed we looked at everything and he checked the issue as well. We needed a new garage door opener. Tito thoroughly went through everything related to our door and recommended repair and install options. These guys are professional, polite, knowledgeable and prompt. I had Precision install my high-lift garage door with a jackshaft opener. I had a car lift to install and the height and operation needed to be just right with the garage door. They set me up correctly and I was extremely satisfied. Today, I had an issue with the door after 3 years and Precision had a person at my door the following day. They would have had someone over on a Sunday if I chose that day. Bolts loosen, as they do, but the tech that came to my house diagnosed the issue in a few minutes. Very happy overall and this is my only garage door service choice.

When I didn't get a response to my online request, I called and they scheduled me for the next day (Saturday). I made the online request before the New Year's weekend so I'm not letting the lack of a call influence my rating. Ron called ahead of my service window to see if an early arrival was okay. Once he arrived, he went right to work to chase down and diagnose the problem with my door. He offered two options, and I chose to have him replace several components and correct two brackets that were installed incorrectly. He had all of the parts in his van, so there was no delay completing the repairs. Thanks, Ron!
