Tito arrived and I explained the issue. I had a feeling about the outcome, but he confirmed we looked at everything and he checked the issue as well. We needed a new garage door opener. Tito thoroughly went through everything related to our door and recommended repair and install options. Our door is over 20 years old and Tito made sure our new garage door opener was installed correctly along with tuning up everything else. Awesome job and highly recommend Tito.

These guys are professional, polite, knowledgeable and prompt. I had Precision install my high-lift garage door with a jackshaft opener. I had a car lift to install and the height and operation needed to be just right with the garage door. They set me up correctly and I was extremely satisfied. Today, I had an issue with the door after 3 years and Precision had a person at my door the following day. They would have had someone over on a Sunday if I chose that day. Bolts loosen, as they do, but the tech that came to my house diagnosed the issue in a few minutes. Very happy overall and this is my only garage door service choice.

When I didn't get a response to my online request, I called and they scheduled me for the next day (Saturday). I made the online request before the New Year's weekend so I'm not letting the lack of a call influence my rating. Ron called ahead of my service window to see if an early arrival was okay. Once he arrived, he went right to work to chase down and diagnose the problem with my door. He offered two options, and I chose to have him replace several components and correct two brackets that were installed incorrectly. He had all of the parts in his van, so there was no delay completing the repairs. Thanks, Ron!

One of our garage doors broke today, with a bang! My friend recommended Precision Garage Door, so I gave a call. Ashley, who answered the phone, was very pleasant. Tavon called a couple *hours* ahead of the scheduled appointment window to say he was on his way! The door was fixed quickly. I was pleased to have everything explained to me. Excellent experience.

Precision was able to provide a temporary repair which I appreciate as I was unable to close the door leaving my valuable items exposed. The technician Keion was very professional and apologized for the late arrival. I gave 4 stars because I was scheduled for the time frame of 8-10:30 AM per the email confirmation. However, by 11:30 the technician had not arrived. After calling customer service I was told the email was inaccurate and the technician should arrive by 12 noon. At 1:24 PM the technician had not arrived so I called customer service again and was told someone was running behind but would call when in route and asked if I wanted to reschedule. That was poor customer service in my opinion because no one called to say anything. I understand delays happen but communication is key when running a business. Had it not been for the sense of urgency I would’ve canceled the service call simply because of the poor communication.

I found this company online after reviewing a few companies, and was well pleased with their responsiveness when I called about replacing my garage door. My car was stuck inside the garage, but technicians Craig and (?) were able to come the next day and they got the car out, as well as evaluating with me the pros and cons of an immediate repair of the old door or waiting about a week or two until installation of a new door. James, the installing technician, did an excellent, professional job.

My sister’s car was stuck in the garage because the garage door wouldn’t open. When I called Precision Garage Service, they immediately put us on the schedule and came out to help us! The service technician saw the problem and gave us several options. Not only did we have that door repaired, we decided to have the 2nd door repaired. I had a garage spring break last evening. I contacted Precision and was able to schedule the repair for today using the chat tool on the webpage. Derrick E. Arrived on time. He performed a thorough inspection and provided detailed options on parts he recommended to be replaced. I wanted to have the job done right, but had sticker shock. He called his supervisor and got a price reduction which I found reasonable. He performed the replacements, meticulously adjusted the balance, explained everything and lubed all parts and joints on the door. He is a great asset to your company.
