I chose Precision after reading reviews online and hoped for the best. I was not disappointed...I was able to schedule service between 8-12 the morning I called. Bobby was the technician assigned to our job. He called within 30 minutes of my initial call and arrived 40 minutes later just as he said he would. He confirmed spring was broken and thoroughly inspected door for other potential problems. He made recommendations for repair and provided three options to get the door operating again. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and a really hard worker. Within a couple of hours, he had the door opening and closing better than ever! Thank you Bobby and Precision for a job well done.

Great Experience with Precision. Derrick (I think that was his name), called before he arrived and was on time. He assessed the initial problem, then did an inspection of the entire garage door. He made recommendations on how to secure the lower panel that had been slightly dented due to a vehicle backing into the door. He performed the work quickly and the pricing was fair. I will be using Precision for all my garage door needs and you should too.

Appointment was made within 24 hours. Technician, Taylor, called before coming to my home, and confirmed appointment and arrival time. Although the repair was simple, Taylor and I discussed upgrading the original metal roller/wheels with new nylon roller/wheels with a longer post. My garage doors are nine years old and still have original parts, so I was willing to go with an upgrade. The new parts allow the doors to open and close much more smoothly and quietly. Taylor finished the job by lubricating the hinges, rollers, and springs providing me with a complimentary can of garage door lubricant. Although I had not planned to make any upgrades, the product installed spoke for itself.

Called first thing Thursday morning and the call was answered right away. I explained the situation, we had a broken latch when you secure the door and could not find the keys. The one who answered the phone said “we can fix that”. (We needed it fixed by the next Sunday”. Technician came when promised, was top notch professional and explained what was needed. A part needed to be ordered and they were here the next day. Repair was quick and he went over what was fixed visually. Payment was high tech! 15 out of 10 stars….

I called Precision Garage Door Service on August 22, 2022 because my garage door was opening and closing in a manner that made me feel as though it was no longer safe to operate. I was given an appointment the very next day with Bobby. Bobby was very knowledgeable and able to assess multiple serious installation issues within seconds. The garage door was installed over two years ago with major items missing, 18" galvanized steel Orb Operation Hook Up Bracket; 9' Torsion Tube; and Stainless Steel Safety Cables. Bobby showed me where these items belonged and explained their purpose. If any of these had failed very serious injury, death, or property damage would have been the result. Bobby used his tablet to price all the items that were needed to correct the issues and to give me the full price with senior discount and taxes and fixed it right then. I was so impressed, I thought I was going to have to schedule another appointment to have the work done. I found Precision Garage Door on the Internet and chose them because they had a location in my area and a well written ad with great information. I'm glad that I called. Great Job Bobby!

Precision has great customer service. I feel fortunate that I received same-day service. When my technician, Nick, arrived, he quickly assessed the issues with my garage door. Nick is very professional and a great technician. He ran into a couple of issues, but troubleshot each and worked diligently to successfully complete the job. I would recommend Precision to others needing garage door repairs and I will use them again, if needed.
