I chose Precision again because I was a satisfied customer the first time and was hoping I would get the same professional service. This time I reached out to Precision for something I tried to fix on my garage door but it did not go well. Jay came out and evaluated the situation. I told him what I did and he did not judge. He took care of the problem professionally and explain exactly what was the problem and what he did. I am extremely satisfied with the work and the knowledge, experience, skill, and politeness of Jay the technician. I am a satisfied customer once again, thank you.

We got into our car first thing in the morning in order to get to an appointment, and much to our dismay, found that our garage door would not open. It appeared that a cable had broken and there was no way for us to open it, even manually. When I googled "highest rated garage door repair companies near me", Precision Garage Door came up first. As soon as I called, I was greeted by a very kind and helpful customer service rep who told me the first available appointment would be the following day. When I explained that we could not get our car out of the garage and we had several commitments that day that we couldn't miss, she managed to squeeze us in for an emergency repair that same day. The technician that came out to service the door, Jay, was extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable. He immediately identified the problem and made the repair, all within less than 90 minutes. We've been in this house for 25 years and this is only the second time we've ever needed a garage door repair. But I can say in all honesty that should we need such a service again in the future, I would not hesitate to call Precision Garage Door nor would I hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know who is in need of garage door services. This is an outstanding company and it's easy to understand why they have such a phenomenal reputation and such a high rating. I can't say enough good things about them and appreciate how they helped us at a time when we really needed it.

The technician, Derrick E., was very courteous and professional. I appreciate that he tried to salvage my 24-year-old garage door opener, but, as I suspected, it was time for a replacement. Derrick did a good job explaining new garage door options, then proceeded to install the new system. He also spent additional time to install garage door pulleys, springs and rollers. I was satisfied with his work as well as his demeaner.

As always, when I need Precision, it is there. My kids did something in the garage last night that made the door lock. I called Precision this morning and told them my minivan was locked in the garage. The representative who I spoke to was so kind, and followed up to let me know that she moved some appointments around to get a technician to me as soon as possible. Dakota came to the rescue. Not only did he repair the issue in 2 minutes, he showed me what was wrong and how to fix it. Dakota is also the technician that did my original motor repair a few years ago. I won’t go anywhere else for my garage maintenance or service.

Spring broke Saturday evening. Called precision Sunday morning and they were at my house Sunday afternoon to make the repair. The service was great and watching Derrick was watching a master performing his art. He explained everything and answered all my questions. Will definitely use Precision from now on but my garage door is in such great shape, I will probably only need occasional routine maintenance.

Since it was late in the day I tired to help him as much as he would let me. Which was not much, but I wanted him to get done so that he could end his long day of work. We needed remotes for our 'just moved in' house, repairs and replacements to the garage "Nick" was very polite, thorough, and professional. Prior to starting, we were informed of the procedure, what it entailed, choices explained, prices, and importance of each choice. I had two Liftmaster motors that were over 30 years old and one had failed completely. Our service tech (Chris) arrived right on schedule and installed two new systems with rollers and wires and two new motors. Chris was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. He worked steadily for 4 hours, resulting in smooth, quiet and efficient doors. We were extremely satisfied.
