We were so pleased with the service that we received from Precision Garage Door Company from the beginning to the end. Our sales representative and installer were very professional and knowledgeable. We have purchased the high end insulated garage door (Lincoln LI3000) because of Fred’s great sales presentation. Our garage door is everything we were told it would be (high end). We have received so many compliments from our neighbors when we have a “show and tell ????”. Gabriel did an excellent job installing and explaining the maintenance of our garage door. Today on July 3rd 2023 Bobby explain to me cuz I'm kind of hard about learning stuff and he explained to me over and over how to do the garage door open had to shut it and how to put the device on the outside of the garage door and in case I don't have my device in the car and and I can call him if I forget or I have to keep trying everything cuz he told me two or three times I know he had to have good patience with me so I really think he did a good job trying to get it all in my head thank you
