It was a true pleasure to meet Tyler Johnson today and watch him install two new garage door openers. He was very polite, sociable, hardworking, and efficient. For a young man, he exhibited great skill and finesse with the task at hand, obviously well-trained and a quick learner. Even though I added a last-minute extra task to reinforce both doors, he quickly adapted his work rhythm to accommodate my request. In about two hours, he was completely finished and everything worked perfectly. My garage door stopped working on Saturday afternoon, and I managed to scheduled an appointment with the Precision for next day, Sunday. Derrick called and came within a set timeframe and inspected and repaired my door. He provided an excellent service and showed me how manually open and close the door and explained about a need for lubrication. It was costly but I am pleased with outcome.

Wow, unbelievably poor experience. I had to ask the technician, Rob, to leave my premises before we even got started. It was a simple fix, one roller and a cable. He kept saying he had to replace all the rollers cables, springs and motor without even examining the door. He was incoherent at best and kept asking me how I wanted the door fixed. Finally, I told him we are cancelling the appointment and to leave. 30 minutes later, the guy is still wandering around my garage. I had to tell him to leave again!! Avoid this company and use a smaller local company, trust me. Worst home repair experience I have ever had.
