I needed my garage door repaired and Googled a garage door company in general. Precision Garage Door was first on the list. I had no preference in companies. I took a chance in making an appointment online as opposed to making a phone call. I was pleased with the ease of navigating the website to make an appointment. I chose a 2-4pm window for the appointment. Austin was my technician, but his information led him to my house at 1pm, for somehow that was the time that was given to him. Not a big deal. I would have, however, appreciated a confirmation text/email on the date of the repair confirming that Austin would be there. Austin was very pleasant, professional, friendly and thorough.

I really appreciate Fred Parson and his partner's knowledge of their work, their professionalism, respect and patience, their analysis and options available to me. No pressure. Plus they kept me abreast of their arrival time. I would definitely recommend Precision going forward. I really like that your add displays who your employees are and a little bit about their backgrounds. You know who you're dealing with and it's reassuring. Very good. I will definitely use Precision for the work we want to have done now. Thank you.

My appointment was scheduled for the same day. Travon contacted me to inform me he was on his way with an estimated arrival within 30 minutes. Upon arrival, Travon greeted me and asked me about the service I needed. He assessed the garage door, opener and sensors to inform me of the problem with a recommended fix. Upon my approval, Travon completed the installation of sensors and demonstrated the corrected door and sensor operation.

We are extremely satisfied with the work done by Precision Overhead Garage Door. Our repairman, Chris L., examined our broken springs and provided two solutions to fix the problem. He explained each solution and why each would fix the problem. One included a little more work than the other but both would work. After selecting our solution, Chris told us how he would do the job and completed in a very timely manner. Chris was professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend Precision and Chris to anyone who has a garage door issue.

Our garage door needed a few adjustments after being in use a few months. I was expecting to schedule a service call several weeks out and was shocked to receive one the next day! Tyler Johnson was our technician and excellent! He listened carefully to everything I said, did not rush me, or think he knew the solution before receiving all the details. He thoroughly inspected our door, made a few adjustments and fixed our issues. This young man is extremely polite, friendly, knowledgeable and a stellar example of customer service!

It was a true pleasure to meet Tyler Johnson today and watch him install two new garage door openers. He was very polite, sociable, hardworking, and efficient. For a young man, he exhibited great skill and finesse with the task at hand, obviously well-trained and a quick learner. Even though I added a last-minute extra task to reinforce both doors, he quickly adapted his work rhythm to accommodate my request. In about two hours, he was completely finished and everything worked perfectly. Tyler is a true credit to his organization and I would not hesitate to recommend Precision Doors for all your garage door needs.

"I recently called for a service appointment for my garage door opener, and I was pleased to get a same-day appointment. Bobby, the technician, called ahead to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time with a friendly greeting and a firm handshake. He quickly got to work resolving the issue with my opener, and even noticed and repaired a problem with one of the garage door wheels that was off track. I was impressed by his efficiency and attention to detail. Overall, I had a great experience with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of garage door services."

Derrick was professional, friendly with exceptional customer service. He took the time to explain everything from preliminary walkthrough, repairs to the garage door and preventive maintenance. He was very patient when listening to my questions and providing responses...not once did I feel I was annoying him or he was rushing through the repairs. I do not hesitate giving Precision a top rating (5 stars) if Derrick is representative of the company and team.
