We did a Google search for companies that repair garage door openers, and Precision came up with a rating of about 4.8/5 stars. We called on a Saturday morning, expecting to just leave a message, and instead talked to a real person (a treat these days) who was very interested in helping us solve our problem. She scheduled a technician (Dakota) for us on a Sunday morning. Dakota was excellent; he knew his business, communicated well, was engaging, was excellent to work with, and repaired two garage door openers in less than an hour. I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs garage door repairs.

A technician (Taylor B. - highly experienced and efficient) was assigned and arrived today. He surveyed my issue, provided me with three options I could pursue, and went straight to work.
