He was thorough and went over everything that was wrong with the garage, how he would repair it, and then showed me everything that was replaced after he fixed it. He even had me practice using the new garage door opener before leaving. He was very efficient and professional. I would recommend Nick and Precision to anyone who has a garage door need.

I chose Precision after reading reviews online and hoped for the best. I was not disappointed...I was able to schedule service between 8-12 the morning I called. Bobby was the technician assigned to our job. He called within 30 minutes of my initial call and arrived 40 minutes later just as he said he would. He confirmed spring was broken and thoroughly inspected door for other potential problems. He made recommendations for repair and provided three options to get the door operating again. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and a really hard worker. Within a couple of hours, he had the door opening and closing better than ever! Thank you Bobby and Precision for a job well done.
