Taylor quickly found what the immediate problem was, and then suggested a range of things we could do to upgrade the door-raising mechanism to extend the life of the mechanism. Precision door came out with little notice and took care of our garage door that wouldn't close. Turned out it was a broken gear and due to an older model we had a new unit had to be installed. The employee Erik was very courteous, professional and answered all of our questions. Great service! I would recommend this company for any garage door issues. We give the experience a 5 star.

I’d give you 10 stars if I could! Chris was absolutely delightful, totally honest, explained everything so clearly, and on top of all that has a great sense of humor! But of course the most important part is he did a great job at doing some repairs on my garage door and pad, and letting me know why they were needed after he had inspected it. Everything is running smoothly now and I feel like everything is much safer. Chris is awesome and I hope the company recognizes that and rewards him somehow.
