We needed weather stripping replaced on our garage doors, as well as some other repairs and had difficulty finding someone who was able to repair our 40 year old doors. We ended up calling Precision Garage Doors and were able to make an appointment for the same day. Our technician, Chris, was wonderful! He suggested that we add safety cables, which were missing in our doors, and completed all repairs efficiently and carefully. So professional! Chris represented his company so well and is friendly and courteous!

I have used Precision Garage Doors for many years. They have installed new garage doors, keypads and periodically I call them to check functioning and to lubricate. Our service tech as polite and prompt. Unfortunately, even though I had discussed the make/model/age (23 years) of our garage door opener to ensure that the Precision Tech would have any necessary parts on his truck, when he arrived...he did not have any parts. He proceeded to say that the best thing is just to replace the entire unit. This was a disappointment, as I had already discussed the desire to repair with their scheduler and the truck arrived with no parts. Cost for 2 replacement units were quoted at $953 (better) and $1165 (best). I cannot rate their install work as we elected to research the proposed models before investing.

A kind, knowledgeable, professional, and caring service tech arrived at my home to repair/replace broken springs on my garage door. They will call before they arrive to let you know they are on the way to your home, this is a plus also. Everything was explained in detail and I was given three options to choose from. The tech cleaned up afterward the repair. This is the second time I have used this company and will recommend them and use them myself if something arises again.

I called and was impressed from the moment I spoke with customer service. I feel rerrible that I can not remember her name but she was friendly, courteous, helpful, and informative. I also can not say enough about the technician, Eric Bartow. He was the model of professionalism. He was timely, friendly, knowlrdgeable, informative, respectful, and friendly. I do not ordinarily write lengthy reviews but wanted to make sure that if if this helped anyone to decide to use this company, than I would take the time to do this. The phone was answered by a real person at 10:30 at night when the garage door broke leaving three dogs not able to be locked in for the night.
