The service of booking was great. Professional, willing to work w my flexible schedule. Also liked the email to educate that they were professional (uniform, truck, name badge) to avoid scams. Servicemen were polite, helpful, and got the job done timely. I was concerned about the price. 11 years ago we got a new electric garage system from them for $530. This was extension spring, cables, and pulleys (almost a new set) but cost $860. Would like a 5 year warranty instead of 1 year given to me for that much money - service people said these products were superior quality.

This is one of the fiewst companies oiut there. The tech/sales guy if he indeed was i sales at all, stopped by and not ly gave me an esitmate that I loved but told me things I never knew. I felt at all times I was not pushed. The gentle man was great and explained it all. Well dressed and very articulate. This guy should be out overlooking all talks. I was super imporesed with him. I deal with technitions all the time and this guy Dakota was one of the best techs I have talked with in every trade trads I have ever had to deal with. Top notch. I would stop right at this company if I wee you and call them now if you have a garage door issue. I am very hard on techs and salkes guys. I know what I want and I do not like tech or sales guy to push me. Our conversation lasted maybe 30 minutes and that was because I kept asking him questions. He show me how to adjust my door and there was no charge. You are just not thiunking if you go elseware.

Bobby K was the gentleman we got to deal with. The young. man was as courteous as anyone I have ever dealt with. He was clear and carefully explained to me why he wanted to do what he did. I fixed a lot of overhead door repairs in thirty seven years as a truck mechanic at Dovell and Williams here in Glen Burnie, so I understood what he was saying and why. I had no clue about the door opener although I had installed it 20 or so years ago, I wanted to tip him, nut I thought he would make better use of my old high speed fan from my work days. At 74, I am not workin in that soet of heat anymore. Cudos to Bobby and to you for hiring such a quality person.

I called for garage door repair, as the door would not open last night. The technician was on time, polite, and knowledgeable. The door that would not open last night, somehow opened today. The tech thoroughly checked and evaluated the springs and coils which passed but are worn. i also requested an estimate on an automatic door opener. Jay was our repairman, and it appears he did a great job. He installed new springs and cables and made some adjustments to align the door correctly and the donor's certainly quieter now. The repair/replacement seems a bit pricey to me, but these are "pricey times!" Jay was professional and a capable diplomat for Precision.

Technician - Jay C who was super proficient and very polite - was at my house by 330 after a call at 1230. Broken spring with garage door down= trapped! Replaced springs and also completed an inspection with some additional repair/tune up to keep our 24+ year system going strong. Super prompt service and a very fair price = very satisfied customer.

Had my garage door fail on the evening of July 4 and called precision. Talked with a real person, no menu, got a service call set for the next day at 10am and Jay arrived promptly at 10am. Had to convert to a new spring system as my old one clearly failed (was my guess the night before) and Jay was courteous, clear, encouraged me to ask questions, explained everything and made recommendations NOT to do some extra things that I asked due to cost\value. He was fast, straightforward and professional and got the work done in under two hours. Complete 5-star experience from the call right through to execution. Thank you!
