While Chris the tech seemed nice and knowledgeable about garage doors, the prices charged for a door tune up seemed to be high - $250 for per door for a tune up where all he did was lubricate one of the doors appears a bit much. The other door he at least had to get out his drill/driver and adjust the tracks. I will definitely check pricing with other firms next time I need a tune up. You have a highly profitable business where you can collect $629 for an hours worth of work. Glad I fixed my other door myself and saved some money.

Great experience. Appointment was setup and confirmed, technician called when he was on his way, arrived on time. I explained my problem with the garage door tension springs and the fact that the door was very hard to manually open. The two technicians discussed all the possibilities that would fix the problem. They wound both springs to the proper tension, tested and readjusted until the door was balanced and operating properly. I could not have asked for a better experience from what I think is an excellent service experience and company.

We have been Precision door customers for years for a good reason. When my garage door spring snapped, I called for help immediately since we couldn't get our car out of the garage. Within 24 hours, we not only had an appointment but we had everything fixed! Layne, our service technician, arrived on time, explained what the repair would entail, diagnosed other problems with our garage door system and corrected them all in a timely and efficient manner. He was courteous and professional. We couldn't be more pleased.

The technician, Rick was fantastic. He came on time and was very knowledgeable in his craft. He thoroughly explained my options for the job of replacing springs, cables, and rollers on a heavily used garage door. The install took less than an hour. The worspace was left very clean and all old parts were removed and disposed. Highly recommend the services of this wonderful company. It was an all around great experience choosing Precision Door. The technician Charles called 20 minutes before he arrived and arrived within the time frame I was told. I was having a problem with my garage door not opening. It actually was still working. Charles explained it very clearly, so what we were experiencing would keep our door working. We were very thankful for him to come out even though there was no repair done. I would highly recommend Precision Door due to there professionalism and will certainly be calling them if I need service on my garage doors again.
