We called Precision because the garage door weren't working. We called in the morning, Chris B arrived a few hours later. He assessed the situation, walked us through the problems, and provided options for repair. Chris was Rady to do the repair right then. Our schedule did not permit that. Chris B. came back Saturday morning and completed the job. It's a great company with professional and efficient staff. Thank you Chris B.

The tech called and asked if could come early, provided an accurate time and completed the work in a very timely and professional manner. At first, I thought it was a bit pricey, but I had no other estimates to compare, and the phone quote was much lower. Overall, I am very pleased and would recommend them to my friends
