The service technician (Jay Constantine) was very personable and knowledgeable. He told me my garage door would not open fully because the cable is slightly frayed. He showed me the trouble spots in my garage door and reprogrammed it so it would open and close again. He also mentioned that I may be needing a new garage door in the immediate future.

When I tell you this is one of the best experiences I've had for anything repair related, I mean it. From the friendly woman that helped me on the phone to the phenomenal job done by the technician (Jay) - I am more than pleased! Not only were they able to accommodate me the same day and earlier than I hoped, but the job was done fast, explained well and left me feeling much more confident than ever in knowing it was done right. Jay did a phenomenal job replacing my torsion springs. He presented 2 quote options and upon my review/approval, he replaced the springs, center bearing and torsion cables. I emailed your company this am and was offered a same day pm appointment which was great! I had my garage door installed by another company in October but one of the brackets fell off soon. The installer came at night and supposedly fixed it but it was too dark outside to notice that there was a 2" gap where the garage door did not touch the ground. I called again but the other company gave many excuses and would not set a repair date for weeks. When I finally called Precision garage, they came and fixed it quickly and correctly. I will only use your company in the future because you are reliable, respond quickly, and do repair work properly the first time.

He showed up to the house 15 mins early, explained the issues with my garage door clearly and gave me great recommendations on what was causing the issues and how to fix it.
