Needed a broken spring replaced. Ended up with both door springs replaced due to age. A part broke on my 36 year old door opener and they couldn’t fix it. Had to buy a new opener. Ended up with a much higher bill than I thought when I was quoted a price. But the technician showed up within hours of calling and had everything fixed in a few hours. Excellent service and Jay C was very efficient and explained everything, including why my final invoice was so high. Will call again if needed but hopefully it will be a long time before I need anything replaced now.

My garage door broke on a Sunday afternoon as I was going out. Googled “garage doors” and got this company. Called the company. A real person answered and promised to send someone out. A person came soon after. Repaired the door. He was polite and efficient. It was such a wonderful experience. What seemed like a dreadful challenge, turned out to be just another minor inconvenience thanks to Precision! Now I will be calling them to do an annual checkup so it never happens again.

Jay called and was able to show up early. He determined the spring was was bad and promptly replaced the spring adjusted the tension, and opening/closing position of the door, lubricated the hinges and rollers. We got into our car first thing in the morning in order to get to an appointment, and much to our dismay, found that our garage door would not open. It appeared that a cable had broken and there was no way for us to open it, even manually. When I googled "highest rated garage door repair companies near me", Precision Garage Door came up first. As soon as I called, I was greeted by a very kind and helpful customer service rep who told me the first available appointment would be the following day. When I explained that we could not get our car out of the garage and we had several commitments that day that we couldn't miss, she managed to squeeze us in for an emergency repair that same day. The technician that came out to service the door, Jay, was extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable. He immediately identified the problem and made the repair, all within less than 90 minutes. We've been in this house for 25 years and this is only the second time we've ever needed a garage door repair. But I can say in all honesty that should we need such a service again in the future, I would not hesitate to call Precision Garage Door nor would I hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know who is in need of garage door services. This is an outstanding company and it's easy to understand why they have such a phenomenal reputation and such a high rating. I can't say enough good things about them and appreciate how they helped us at a time when we really needed it.

The technician (Jay) that serviced our garage door was knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. He explained all work before and after the service. It was a pleasure having him at our home. He replaced the springs, rollers, bearings and tension cables and was complete with all work within 1 hour. Outstanding job Precision!!
