Derrick was extremely kind and helpful. He explained that he was very busy helping others and apologized for being late for his appointment. Derrick immediately got to work straightening our two inputs. He lubricated all our door closer springs. He worked quickly and tested the doors apparatus. We were very impressed by his abilities and attitude.

Brian S was my technician and he was absolutely amazing. Very very knowledgeable explained everything that was going on with my garage door and why it was not working. Made the right suggestion and was able to replace the door. Now I have a working garage door that is updated and better weather strip so nothing can get in. He was on time and very friendly. Thanks so much

I am a long term client and needed your services this Memorial Weekend. I was the last call on Saturday evening. Derrick was super. Not only was his work excellent and neat, he was personally pleasant to deal with. The garage door was repaired quickly and expertly. I have always over the years had technicians who were very professional and this speaks well about the company overall.

Having seen Precision's TV ads, I decided to call you when our garage door opener stopped working properly. Derrick arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad circuit board. However, due to the unit's age, the board could not be replaced, so I purchased a new unit. Derrick handled the installation and explained the features. He did a great job.

Precision Garage Door sent Dakota to my house the same day that I first contacted them. Dakota assessed my garage door situation and gave me a price for installing 2 new doors with automatic lifts. He asked for one third down, which I paid with a credit card. Dakota said his company will contact me in a couple of weeks to set a day to come install the new doors and lifts. So far everything looks good. I am glad to be on the schedule with Precision Garage Doors. Dakota was very helpful, and the overall price seems reasonable.

The technician was very nice. The estimate on the phone to replace my opener was $399. I checked with other companies and this wasn't the best price but I was willing to pay it to get the job done today. The technician told me that the prices have been updated and that I had 3 choices the lowest at $700 the highest at $985. It was the old bait and switch technique. I would not recommend this company.

Before he left Layne took away the old equipment and made sure I understood how to use the new garage door opener. Thank you!

Again, your company ROCKS! Garage door bound up while leaving to get breakfast, bound up was broken spring, bound cables. Eric showed up well within the time frame and walked me through the process. We ended up going all out and the door runs super smooth and its QUIET now. Great company, second time I've called with a garage issue and each time I'm happy I did. Thanks!

The fact that they were available on the weekend and looking at their review gave me confidence to have them come out to fix our garage door. Our Technician, Charles, was awesome. He was punctual, courteous and professional. He resolved the issue w/o question and provided some safety measures as we have kids. Much appreciated for the support.
