Precision Garage Door sent Dakota to my house the same day that I first contacted them. Dakota assessed my garage door situation and gave me a price for installing 2 new doors with automatic lifts. He asked for one third down, which I paid with a credit card. Dakota said his company will contact me in a couple of weeks to set a day to come install the new doors and lifts. So far everything looks good. I am glad to be on the schedule with Precision Garage Doors. Dakota was very helpful, and the overall price seems reasonable.

The technician was very nice. The estimate on the phone to replace my opener was $399. I checked with other companies and this wasn't the best price but I was willing to pay it to get the job done today. The technician told me that the prices have been updated and that I had 3 choices the lowest at $700 the highest at $985. It was the old bait and switch technique. I would not recommend this company.

The service was terrific. The serviceman, arrived on time, the same day I called for service. Layne was very polite and explained what he needed to do. He answered my questions directly and clearly. He explained everything and provided tips on how to mange the equipment to get long term use. he was extremely professional and courteous. He explained everything prior to doing any work. Pricing was reasonable.

I have been having problems with my garage door for quite sometime until it stopped working today. Brian of Precision came out on the same day I called and gave me a thorough understanding of what I needed to do to solve the problem. He explained everything clearly and I will be getting a replacement door. In the meantime he solved the problem temporarily until the new door comes in. He was professional and very courteous. It was really nice to get such good service.

Rick from Precision was the tech assigned to our job. He was on time, patient and professional throughout the service call. He did a great job explaining why our 20 year old garage door opener had failed and needed to be replaced. Rick provided me with three replacement options and explained the differences of each solution offered. Once we decided on the solution Rick was able to install the new unit right there and then. He was efficient in getting the install completed, did a great job cleaning up and took all the debris including the old opener with him. He then took the time to give me an overview of the operation of the new unit and answered all of my questions. I will call Precision and ask for Rick on all garage repairs moving forward. Excellent service.

The first time I used your company was last year. Keith C. came to repair my door. He told me exactly what was wrong. The previous owner hired someone that either didn’t know what they were doing or didn’t care. Well, it was evident that Keith knew what he was doing and he cared about getting it done right. He’s an absolute professional and an asset to your company. Employees like him are hard to come by so my advice is do whatever it takes to keep him around. (I needed another repair a couple weeks ago and specifically requested him. Once again, great job on his part)

We were very pleased with the repairs and upgrade on our garage door. Your representative, Chris, was very well informed, clearly experienced with his craft, and patient with questions. The following should not be included in the review because it is a very minor criticism, but the phone jingle about garage doors that greets your callers sounded off-key and was repeated time after time after time while I waited to be connected. It probably does more to encourage clients to hang up rather than sell your product.
