My spring on the garage door broke on a Saturday evening. I called Precision on Sunday morning hoping they would be able to repair on Monday. To my surprise I got an appointment on Sunday. Dakota came to repair my door he installed a new spring, bearings, new cables and new rollers. Dakota did an excellent job I am very pleased. I wrote Precision's phone number on my door manually so I will know who to call when I have any issues with the garage door. Thanks again for the quick response

Sherman, our service person, came within the time I was given and let me know he was on his way. He inspected the opener and made an adjustment that may solve the problem. If not, he also gave me 3 estimates for replacement motors. Prompt and professional. They installed our door and opener years ago and we continue to call them when needed.

He arrived within the scheduled time window, quickly assessed the work that needed to be done, advised me on the best course of action, and completed the installation of new drive cables, pullets and rollers and garage door openers well within the time frame of his estimate. We placed a call for service due to a broken spring and was able to receive same day service from Sherman. He was thorough in his assessment and explanation of our problem and assisted us with fixing the spring and making an improvement to make our equipment last longer. This is my second time needing to call for emergency service and we have received same day service both times. Sherman was fantastic, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and responsive when we had some follow up questions. I would absolutely recommend this company (and have to my neighbors.)
