This is a tough review. The first technician came out to repair our garage doors, etc albeit they were in disrepair. He was new and inexperienced so the work was subpar. However, we called Precision Doors to redo the work. They did so without hesitation, hassles, questions, or additional costs.

What do you call a company that answers the phone at 11 pm and schedules your repair appointment for the very next day? What do you call the company's technician who really listens, and then presents options and ideas and makes the needed repairs in record time? I call them "partner" and you should as well. Damn Proud to have Precision Garage Door of Maryland on my team - and on my side!

As I have only had an estimate on replacing my garage doors, I can't review the finished job. I chose to have Precision do an estimate based on the work you/they did on a neighbor's door installation.

Our tech was Taylor. A very nice young mam who respected our home and did not push us to buy new products. I fact after explaining about the broken spring which the call had been about, he showed us other things that were going to be problems later on our seventeen year old door. He gave us three options but did not push one over another. It was a very hot day but that didn't slow him down in his work. Because of recommendations from friends we bought the door from Precision and when the time comes we will buy from them again.

Garage door were very noisy when opening and closing. Contacted Precision garage doors based on bbb rating of A+ and reviews. Was able to get an appointment convenient to my schedule. Chris C, the t3chnicisn, arrived exactly on time. I explained the problem, he listened and then performed a system check. He concluded the doors were fine, openers were fine, but there was noticeable tear and tear on the moving parts which support the door, spring, tension cables, drums, etc. He then worked up an estimate and explained what was going to be done. He completed the work in the time estimated and showed me the results. Excellent job. Job site was clean.

Sherman, our service person, came within the time I was given and let me know he was on his way. He inspected the opener and made an adjustment that may solve the problem. If not, he also gave me 3 estimates for replacement motors. Prompt and professional. They installed our door and opener years ago and we continue to call them when needed.

I was very impressed with the service provided by Precision Door Service from beginning to end. Upon my telephone contact with the company, a representative promptly answered my call and was able to schedule a service appointment for the next day. The technician, Rick G., provided excellent service. He arrived within the scheduled time window, quickly assessed the work that needed to be done, advised me on the best course of action, and completed the installation of new drive cables, pullets and rollers and garage door openers well within the time frame of his estimate. Throughout the appointment he was highly professional, very technically competent and exhibited the very best in customer service skills, including a demeanor of honesty and trustworthiness. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this company.
