Sherman, our service person, came within the time I was given and let me know he was on his way. He inspected the opener and made an adjustment that may solve the problem. If not, he also gave me 3 estimates for replacement motors. Prompt and professional. They installed our door and opener years ago and we continue to call them when needed.

The technician, Rick G., provided excellent service. He arrived within the scheduled time window, quickly assessed the work that needed to be done, advised me on the best course of action, and completed the installation of new drive cables, pullets and rollers and garage door openers well within the time frame of his estimate. Throughout the appointment he was highly professional, very technically competent and exhibited the very best in customer service skills, including a demeanor of honesty and trustworthiness.
