I had a great experience with Precision Door Service. I was given an appointment quickly and my technician reached out to me personally. Precision Doors gives you a bio of your technician so you are aware of the tech who will come to your home. Rick was very knowledgeable of the garage equipment and took the initiative to research the answers if he was not. Once Rick identified the right product needed to fix my issue, he came early and resolved the problem quickly. Rick also took the time to show me how to program the new garage remotes. All in all, the customer service was excellent! I highly recommend Precision Door Service!

I appreciate the hard work and safety they took to complete the job. The response time was excellent. And given the nature ans severity of my issue. The price was tolerable. I am happy the company provides a 10 year warranty. And I appreciate thier kindness. Keith's performance was exceptional, showing great leadership by providing Jake with step by step instructions on the process of repair. I am happy my home is secure after the repairs were made. The garage door in our building completely malfunctioned and I had to make an emergency call for a tech at 8:30pm on a Friday in the midst of the COVID-19 crisis. The tech showed up early in the 9-11pm window. He was courteous, calm, and very professional. He clearly explained the issue and walked me through the suggested resolution beforehand, as well as thoroughly showing me his work and explaining what he'd done afterwards. I was very impressed by him and grateful for the quickness of the emergency service.
