Finally got fed up with our 20-yr old garage door opener that was causing us problems. We contacted Precision and they were able to schedule a same-day appointment. The technician (Rick) quickly assessed, identified the problem and explained the various options involved with replacing the opener. We decided to replace both garage door openers and were very pleased with the installation process. Rick even left our garage floor cleaner than it was before he arrived. This is our second time using Precision and we highly recommend them!

Overall Rating (3 Stars) See Details Below Total Price Rating (5 Stars) Friendliness of Technicians Rating (5 Stars) Capability of Technicians Rating (5 Stars) Job Preparedness Grade (3 Stars) The Technicians arrived without having all of the equipment they needed and had to almost immediately leave to purchase supplies at Home Depot. At the end of the day they realized that they did not have the bottom door sensor and they would need to return seven days later to finish my door. Overall Quality of Work Rating (2 Stars) The work was completed and the door opener functions properly, but the overall appearance of the wiring and the safety sensor look messy. Metal shavings were left for me to clean up, a rubber mat on the floor had a junk ripped out from it, and an oil like liquid was spilled and left on a portion of one of our tables. Office Communication Grade (0 Stars) I had to contact the office after a few hours of waiting for technicians to arrive on the day they had committed to. After calling the office realized they had not received my garage door opener and they had to reschedule another day to install. The office sent me an email scheduling the second day of installation to be Thursday, I emailed them back and requested it to be moved to Friday. I never received a reply. The technicians actually arrived on Wednesday.

I had a great experience with Precision Door Service. I was given an appointment quickly and my technician reached out to me personally. Precision Doors gives you a bio of your technician so you are aware of the tech who will come to your home. Rick was very knowledgeable of the garage equipment and took the initiative to research the answers if he was not. Once Rick identified the right product needed to fix my issue, he came early and resolved the problem quickly. Rick also took the time to show me how to program the new garage remotes. All in all, the customer service was excellent! I highly recommend Precision Door Service!

The garage door in our building completely malfunctioned and I had to make an emergency call for a tech at 8:30pm on a Friday in the midst of the COVID-19 crisis. The tech showed up early in the 9-11pm window. He was courteous, calm, and very professional. He clearly explained the issue and walked me through the suggested resolution beforehand, as well as thoroughly showing me his work and explaining what he'd done afterwards. I was very impressed by him and grateful for the quickness of the emergency service.

Had an emergency. My garage door was shut and wouldn’t open. Both cars were stuck inside. Called several repair companies and never got a reply. Finally called Precision and they had a service man at our house within an hour. It was a big job replacing the springs cable and rollers on door that is close to sixty years old. Very satisfied

Sherman our technician was running early and called to see if that was ok. He arrived and did an outstanding job of explaining all of our choices. He was kind and friendly and did an expert job of fixing our garage door. He then explained how to maintain it so that it would run smoother and the spring would last. I would highly recommend Sherman to anyone needing this service. It is nice to have someone so kind , friendly and knowledgeable about what he does in this crazy world right now.
