I choose Precision approximately one year ago to purchase new garage door openers. I was very pleased with the service and quality of work. This year I needed the springs and cables replaced. I didn’t hesitate to call Precision for the job. They came out approximately two hours after calling them. The two service guys were very professional and gave me several options to choose for the repair. They went over the pros and cons of each option and didn’t pressure me into choosing the highest price repair. They completed the repair in a timely manner and I and very happy with the service.

He explained everything about the removal of the old door and installation of the new door. They replaced the main door bracket , replaced all plastic pulley wheels with cast iron wheels, installed a new wall pad and programmed two new fob remotes for her door. Our garage door come off its track, broke a cable and we called Precision Garage Door Repair at 5pm at night. We had the option for same-day service or the next morning. We chose the next morning. Rick came out to our house. He was timely, polite, knowledgeable, and professional. He did a great job and the company warrantied the work for the next 10 years! I would highly recommend them.
