We bought our door from Precision and it worked flawlessly for over 5 years. When it had its first problem and would not close electronically, I called Precision. Chris came out the same day to diagnose and fix the problem. He returned the next morning, a Saturday, to successfully finish the job. An excellent communicator, Chris was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Precision and Chris.

Called Precision around 9 am about a broken spring on my garage door, and Sherman was out in about 90 minutes to take a look and begin the repair. He made sure I knew what he was doing the whole way, and when he SAs done he went over the ways I could better maintain the door so it will last longer. The price was reasonable, too, and they offered a military discount, which is great!

I had a wonderful experience with Precision. My initial call was answered promptly by Mike, who was able to get me in for same day service. As my request was made around 12:30 pm, I was delighted to hear my appointment was scheduled between 3:30 and 6:00 pm. Dakota, my technician arrived shortly after 4:00 pm., and was an absolute delight. As first impressions are lasting ones, I was impressed. Dakota was professional, courteous, efficient, and oh so kind. He assessed my issue, performed my service, and left us feeling great ????. I was so glad we chose Precision as our service provider, and I look forward to them servicing any of our future needs. Furthermore, I will be referring them to neighbors, family and friends. Thank you Precision for a great experience! Brenda M.Ford

I called Precision Door on a family member's recommendation. She did not steer me wrong. I called and got an appointment the very next morning. The tech was prompt, friendly, and courteous, and explained our options very clearly. He apologized for not having all the parts he needed on his truck but assured us that by the time he was done with the first part of the repair another truck would be there with the rest of the parts, and indeed it was. Everything happened when and how it was supposed to, and our new openers are so smooth and quiet. Thanks for great service!

I was very pleased with the install of two garage door openers.
