Over the past two years it has been necessary to have the garage door opener replaced due to age. I first contacted Precision garage in 2018. I was very impressed with the work and the technician. He also reset the control so I could open from the car. Clean up was excellence. When I needed help again, I called Precision again. They were able to come the same day in the afternoon. Sherman was such a gentleman. Just outstanding work and clean up. He also reset the car for me. Every company should work like Precision and Fixed air condition in Gambrills. I would strongly recommend this company. If I should need service again, I will call them. Well done.

My garage door stopped working and the first company I called was a no-show. So I called Precision Garage Door the next morning and was able to get a same day appointment. Can I just state the work done on my garage has been nothing short of excellent!! Eric was my technician. He did an superb job installing a new garage opener with a camera(added plus). I also purchased a keypad and two new remotes. The price was reasonable. Eric was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and showed me how to work everything. Eric you are a ROCKSTAR!! I can't thank you enough. Precision Garage Door I will use you for ALL of my Garage Door needs in the future. if you are looking for excellent work don't look any further this company is STELLAR!!

We had a very good experience with Precision Garage Doors. I called late in the afternoon and we were able to be put on the schedule the next morning. Joe C. was our tech and he was very knowledgeable and efficient. He explained how the spring system worked and all our options before he started to work. Rick came within the time specified, and he called to tell us he was on the way 20 minutes in advance. He quickly assessed the problem, and fixed it within 30 minutes. He had to get down on the ground and roll or slide under the door to get to the mechanism, which he did cheerfully. He was pleasant to deal with and did an overall great job.
