After I took a second look at what happen to my garage door, I was a bit concern because the damage / issue was due to the garage door mechanism breaking free from the house. It was poorly installed by the builder, Toll Brothers. Two pieces of wood were nailed together on top of each other and secured to the house. Eventually, the tension of the garage door mechanism that was attached to the upper board caused the nails to give and the boards broke free from the house. Which caused damage to springs. Anthony, the repair person, was very courtesy, very nice and patient (I had a gazillion questions). He explained what needed to be done. He was able to secure another SINGLE board to the house, replace the springs and reconnect the garage mechanism to the house.

I moved into my home 4 years ago. The motor on my old chain driven LiftMaster unit finally gave out. I saw the Precision Garage Door sticker on my garage wall, so obviously the previous owner used them. Instead of searching on Google and Yelp, I decided to roll the dice and give them a call. Actually, I did check their reviews on Google beforehand and was highly impressed. I called and the receptionist was able to get me scheduled the same day! The service technician Sherman called to give me a heads up he was on the way and arrived exactly at top of my appointment window. I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and non pushy way of recommending me the best options. Instead of getting my old opener repaired, he installed a brand new unit at a fair price that functions soooo much better. I am thrilled with my experience, and Sherman represents this company to the highest quality of expertise and customer service! He is an asset to this company. I will be a repeat future customer and definitely recommend .

Technician Eric B Arrived at my house at the scheduled time. He and his trainee partner, Anthony were professional and helpful. I thought all that was needed was an outside garage door opener, but since I hadn't had replacement springs replaced in over 10 years I opted to have that completed as well. Also they replaced a ceiling lightbulb in the garage ceiling that was out of my reach. Afterwards I was pleased that both of my cars were still synched to the garage even though I changed the codes. Good job!

Dakota was very professional and polite. He answered my questions and gave me 3 levels of repair options ranging from approx. $400 - $700. After I paid for the work, I raised the garage door that was repaired and commented that it was still noisier than the other door. Dakota then got his ladder back down and tightened the chain, which made it much quieter. He's a good guy!

Steve was very nice. He came early and went through the garage. When I got to the house at the appointed time, he was already in his truck working on the estimate. Great Company with Great Service! Called yesterday and got an appointment for the next day. Sherman arrived within the given appointment window with a call ahead to ensure we were home. He quickly analyzed the problem and provided three reasonable quotes. Sherman was prepared to repair on the spot and even repaired an unrelated call issue with not questions asked. Company provides warranty on their work (great bonus). I highly recommend and will call back for all future garage needs!! And yes they are COVID-19 compliant!!
