This seemed a little pricy for a 45 minute repair, but the technician was very polite and professional. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. He went over the proper way to lubricate the door (and parts).

Barry came out and replaced the broken cable on one of our garage door. He was very professional and took time to explain what he was doing and provided some tips on how to maintain the garage doors. He even greased the chain and the roller track on one of the garage door. I gave 4 star as I found the price of the cables seems to be a little higher than the other competitor but I would definitely use them again if ever my garage doors need fixing again. Just a tip to others, they replace things in pairs even if only one is broken (i.e. cables or springs).

I like how you provide Employee info so the customer will already know who to expect. My experience was good but Alan thought that I needed a new garage door opener. It turns out that he had miss-adjusted it but I was able to properly adjust it a couple of days later. I have never used a service like this so I was surprised to learn that you aren't open on Sundays. It seems like offering some Sunday service would prevent some customers from having to use leave during the week or to have to wait for a Saturday appointment.

These guys were great. For some reason my energy efficient lights messed with my system, they fixed it in a few minutes. And did not even try and nickel and dime me for the diagnostics and time and distance fees. They were professional about calling before arriving, and on time! First I thought the amount was pretty steep to install a openet and conversion, but after dealing with barry, I know the money was well worth it. Barry is the best tech ever. He was super nice and explained everything. Great job.

Although it seemed a little pricy, the technician was polite, friendly, knowledgable and extremely professional. I highly recommend this company. I have not used any other company for my garage, but I have never had any complaints about this one. (other than the price!)

I found this company online and was able to get an appointment easily. I liked that the company gives you the picture of the technician who will come to the house for security reasons. He was knowledgeable and the repair was fast, although I felt it was a little expensive. I will use this company again.

Alan was great! The door was off its track, stuck open, it was pouring down rain, and it was questionable as to whether he'd be able to reposition the track and wrangle the big door by himself without it falling on him, but he got right to work. In no time he was done! All fixed and better than before. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, personable, and competent. Sometimes it can be daunting to use a company you don't know in an emergency, but thanks to Alan's professionalism, we now have a go-to garage door company. Thanks.

I found Precision Door Service on Google. I was impressed by what I saw online. However I chose not to do business with them because of the unprofessional attitude the technician (Alan) displayed when he came out to inspect the garage door. I called Precision Door Service to request a tech to look at the door because of some minor damage to the door that was caused by the opener that wasn't installed correctly by the builders and over time it cause too much stress on the unsupported part of the door and consequently it was not closing all the way. When Alan came out to look at it he did not take the time to inspect it but instead he imediately tried to sell me a new door without any offering any other options. He said that he'd been doing this for quite a while and that the only option was to purchase a new door. I started asking questions about it because he didn't explain to my satisfaction his reasoning for recomending replacing the door and not trying to repair the door. As a result of that experience I chose another company to look at it and found out that all it required was to reinforce the the door so that the stress of the opener was placed on a more solid part of the door so that it could shut all the way. If this is the attitude of all of your technicians I think you should provide better training for your technicians so that in the future you won't lose business due to lack of training and professionalism.

I really was impressed with the same day service. I was given a window of time and before that time arrived I was telephoned to say that one of the techs called out due to the snow (12/10) but they still fit me in the schedule anyway, they just moved back the time. The tech Derrick was wonderful. He was very professional, knowlegeble and fast. I am just sorry that I did not use them to do the installation in the first place. I know for the future!
