Precision provided a great experience from start to finish. I especially want to acknowledge McKenzie for taking my intake information and working quickly to fit me into the schedule. That level of responsiveness made a big difference. The team diagnosed my garage door problem, explained the solution clearly, and completed the repair professionally. While the cost was more than I would have liked, I do feel I received good value for the money based on the quality of the service and the work performed. I also want to specifically recognize Hunter, the technician, for going above and beyond. He was not only knowledgeable, but also thoughtful and considerate throughout the visit. He took the time to thoroughly investigate the issue, complete the repair, and make sure I understood what was done. I especially appreciated that he explained how to properly maintain my garage door over time so I can hopefully reduce or avoid costly repairs in the future. That kind of care, professionalism, and customer education really stands out. I’m very pleased with the service I received and would recommend Precision to others.

He discussed the options for the spring replacement, finished sooner than he had promised and did a great job. My issue was solved in under an hour. My garage door was installed 2 years ago by Precision. Never had a problem with it. This week the door would not go up so I called and explained the problem. We unplugged the system to get the door opened. Then we could not get it down. They could not send anyone out until the next day. The next day the repairman arrived on time. He saw the problem right away. He showed me what was causing the problem. He checked each way to control the door. He was extremely nice but professional. There was no charge for the service call. They were able to fix all the issues with my garage door in addition ad adding upgrades which should’ve been added to the garage door when it was initially installed. Bobby Shoar was very knowledgeable and aceta. My expectations were they was able to fix things that nobody else realize were problems with the garage door and upgraded all the systems on the door. I would definitely recommend them for anybody that has any issues with the garage door. I need a garage door installed.

I highly recommend Precision. I was very pleased with their service. Brent the tech was very knowledgeable and professional. I originally thought I had to replace the garage opener but he told me he could fix it and he did. I want to note that a previous company told me the opener had to be replaced and quoted me a ridiculous price. He didn’t price gorge me and told me exactly what needed to be done. He made suggestions to me on future work I may need. He was very thorough and went over everything with me. I appreciate the honest evaluation of what needed to be done and the cost was within my budget.
