Jamal was wonderful, both as a person and as a repairman. He got out to us earlier than we expected in an emergency situation, was very personable, and was able to find a cable belt on his truck that fit a 20+ year old garage door engine. He even took the opportunity to fix a rail whose screw had come out of the ceiling, and stabilize the door. It's now opening and closing more smoothly than it has in years. Thank you so much for all of your help!

Mr. George Harrison was a wonderful technician and representative of Precision Garage Door Service. He was extremely professional, courteous and conscientious of our time. I was most anxious about picking up our daughter, and he finished well before necessary. When he asked me to try out the door, I couldn't believe how quiet the rolling is...prior, it sounded just short of nails on a chalk board at times. It was a very unexpected expense, but Mr. Harrison compensated with a friendly, but courteous, attitude and a job well done.
