I’m a bit late in posting this review, but I wanted to take a moment to commend Brent for his exceptional service. From the beginning, he demonstrated a strong customer-first attitude, treating the issue as if it were his own. That level of care made the entire experience much more reassuring. Brent initially attempted to repair the motor and took the time to clearly explain the potential causes of the malfunction, including several cross-wiring issues. Thanks to his expertise, he was able to get it working again. Unfortunately, the motor eventually failed completely, and Brent promptly returned to replace it. Throughout the process, Brent was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. I truly appreciate his dedication and the quality of his work. Thank you so much, Brent!

The installation of a new door opener was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. They took the time to explain how the system works and made sure everything was functioning properly before they left. They even programmed my car to the new door opener. The opener itself operates quietly and smoothly, which is a huge improvement over my previous system and has many bells and whistles relative to today's technology. I also appreciated how clean they left the work area. Nicholas Broughton was the technician who serviced our door. He replaced two broken springs and installed a center header, which the system lacked. Apparently that is quite a dangerous situation. Nick left his own cell number in case my husband had questions that I couldn’t answer. He really went above and beyond, was very kind. He is a wonderful representative for Precision….Josette, who answered the phone, was very nice, very helpful and quite knowledgeable. We are looking into a replacement for our very old door!
