Excelenty service. Knowledgeable, efficient and customer oriented. They don’t try to sell you unnecessary services and charge only what is necessary. Great company!

I have dealt with Precision for over a 15 years. They are the go to for my garage door service. They have been exceptional. I have had my garage door replaced, my garage door opener replaced, had a keypad installed and had tune ups over the years. Just today I had the fob replaced after 10 years of service. My house is over 25 years old and we all know that the garage door opener and equipment is a wear and tear item that needs periodic maintenance. They are great.

Purchased two new garage doors and motors 2 months ago. When the home inspector came, he pointed out a safety feature had not been setup. I called Precision to remedy this. The person that came out charged me $195 for the callout. Unacceptable after sales service!

We got new car that required a remote to link to the garage door, but our remotes were outdated and no longer made. We got a product online but were unable to get it working. Much to our relief, Francisco figured it out.

Excellent service by Barry and his assistant. Punctual and professional. I could tell that even though had a lot of experience in making the repairs on my garage door, he still paid attention to each step of the process and made sure it was done safely, accurately and quickly. He even explained what I should do to maintain the smooth operation of my door. I'm happy to recommend Precision for garage door service.

I was very pleased with Precision when our garage doors were installed many years ago. When I called on Tuesday for an appointment to repair the broken spring in one of them, an appointment was scheduled for the next day at a reasonable time. Barry came right on schedule, did the work quickly and efficiently. I'm not sure how it could be any better!

Thank you for coming out right away. When the rollers on our door broke we had a garage door stuck open on a cold windy day with all of our contents in full view. Your ability to come out within a few hours and fix it was a blessing. Your service tech was great. A super nice gentleman. We always use you and will continue to do so. Thanks for coming to the rescue yesterday!

I contacted Precision Garage doors at 830pm and spoke with Becca. I explained the situation, out of the blue my garage door springs gave out and I was not able to raise the garage door., and Becca immediately scheduled an appointment for the next day between 8-12. Barry (the technician) contacted me 30 minutes prior to his arrival and arrived promptly at 9am. The springs and cable needed to be replaced. Afterwards he lubricated all the installed parts and even took the time to lubricate the garage door opener chain! I would highly recommend precision garage doors for all your garage door needs. They are efficient and reasonably priced. They and Barry have become my go to company for all my garage door needs.

Overall experience was great. At first I thought they would not service my area, some confusion at their office—put me on hold for a while, but then came back and said they do. Technician was available the next day. Sherman came out on time and gave a fair estimate explaining all of the issues and possible solutions. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Fixed our main garage spring system and then offered and completed a safety fix to our second garage door spring system. Highly recommended.

Thanks to Keith's knowledge, strength and skill, my garage door now works beautifully. If you had a ten-star rating, he would get it. Turns out, the original installation by the company I bought the opener from, was sloppily and incorrectly done causing the strain on the cables and springs to be lopsided. I highly recommend your company to anyone needing prompt, expert service for their garage door. Thank you.

No one will communicate with you about any problems after their service call is finished. They installed 10-4” sealed nylon rollers that retail for around $11-$15 for 10. I found this out later but on my bill they changed $19.99 each for a total of $199.99. I thought the technician made an error so I contacted them on two occasions and they promised a call back with a resolution. They still haven’t called and the work was done on 1/28/19.

Good evening, I first looked up the various companies that could fix my issue with my garage door and found your company. I received great customer service from the person taking my info to tech Derrick who diagnosed & recommended solution. I would use this company again. Derrick was very professional, pleasant & I would call to ask for him again once I decide on part I need to fix problem.

I wholeheartedly endorse and love you all!!! My old garage door broke at 9:30 PM - the spring ricocheted (and luckily no one and nothing was hurt) A neighbor told me to call you - I did and so nice to speak to someone right away - given an appointment for the very next day! The technician was wonderful and called and asked if he could come early - Yay!! Since my garage door is from the 70s- the original to this house- I figured it'll be a replacement of the whole garage door and quite expensive - nope - He assessed and said it was in pretty good shape, he had the replacement parts and safety lines needed and finished the job within the hour!!! I am absolutely wowed by your promptness, expertise and the NOT selling up -would recommend your company to anyone. Thank You Margaret Kelly

I was quite impressed with the efficient & professional work of technician Abe who not only arrived within the scheduled time but more importantly was able to resolve the issue of my garage door not opening correctly. I’m pleased to say my door now lifts and closes smoothly and quietly. Thank you Abe for taking the time to explain how I can avoid this problem from reoccurring in the future. You are the best!!!

Thank you so much for your quick service -- the springs on our door snapped over the weekend and the rep came first thing on Monday morning with replacement parts and got our door working in no time. The rep called 20 minutes before arriving and was quick and efficient.
