Craig T. did an OUTSTANDING JOB fixing my garage door. He replaced the belt drive rail assembly, replaced 2 torsion springs, replaced 12 rollers and installed galvanized steel orb oper hook up bracket. I offered him snacks, but he would not stop working. He did not even take bathroom / restroom break. He did not stop working till the job was done. He is very courteous, efficient and professional technician !! In addition: Those personnel who answered the office phone; Amy and Tori were very helpful too!!

This afternoon one of Precision's technicians by the name of Derrick came by my home to repair my garage door. He showed up earlier than expected and presented himself in a very professional manner. He was knowledgeable and explained what were the possible causes so that I understand in the future what to look for. He was very quick, efficient, and very friendly. The best part was that I had originally used Precision last June and they lived up to their guaranteed warranty, so today's visit was covered and I did not have to pay anything out of my pocket!

My experience with Precision is A1. Service call scheduled for first thing in morning after calling evening before. Tavon arrived on time and was a professional. He explained how garage doors work and pointed out what was wrong with ours. Wasn't expecting the cost for these repairs, but this is the first time garage needed anything in 20 years plus.... Especially since it is used an main entrance and exit to house. In two hours, garage door was tuned up, repaired and operating like new... hopefully for another 20 years.... My 25 year old garage door opener failed and I choose Precision to install a new one based on the online reviews. My technician Branden was fantastic and patiently explained all the programing and tech features to me. The installation was smooth and the garage left clean.
