We had a good experience with Precision. Nick arrived early (after calling first to ask if that would be ok) and inspected our garage door and opener. He explained what he saw as the problems and gave us a couple of options of how to proceed and the cost for each option. We made our decision and he got to work right away and had all the repair parts he needed on his truck. When done he explained everything he had done and we tested the door and opener thoroughly before he left. All is now working as it should.

I was very pleased with the person that came to my house to give me an estimate. While I think the cost of the door is reasonable, I think the quote for the opener is very high. The most expensive door opener that I saw on-line was around $500 and that included everything that you quoted. In addition, Lowes quoted the cost to install around $150. You quoted price for everything was $1027.

This was my third time using Precision, and as usual, they did not disappoint. I called for just a regular tune-up service. Nick was our tech and he was professional and knowledgeable. I was his last appointment of the day and he had already had a long day, but he took time to point out and explain things to me and didn’t seem rushed at all. The customer service and kindness from this company is top notch and it keeps me coming back. We’ve had three different techs and all three have been wonderful. He checked every part of our garage door operation and showed me how performance would be improved by replacing certain parts. He did not come in and advise me to replace everything since our motor was fine. I greatly respect his honest opinions.
