A spring on our garage door broke and the door failed to operate. Chris did a thorough analysis of the entire garage door system and recommended new springs, rollers, bearings, and other moving parts. He gave us an estimate within 15 minutes, and, after getting our approval, did a complete upgrade to the entire system within about 90 minutes. The garage door now works perfectly. We are very pleased with the entire experience and the end result. Chris and his co-worker did an outstanding job.

Tavon Flowers was very helpful in explaining why I couldn’t get the wall garage door opener to work after getting the unit installed. He was easy to talk to and took the time to go over what to do to keep the whole system in good working order.

Both our garage door openers were very old and needed to be replaced. Chris (C) was our technician. He was very professional, courteous and arrived at the stated time. Did an excellent job and very neat. I would recommend him and Precision. I gave only 4 star rating because it was on the pricey side. However, the overall job was well done.

Ron C, the technician who came to our house today, was very professional, very polite and very thorough in his evaluation of our noisy garage door. He took time to show and explain things to me and was willing to perform the service today, but I declined due to the steep cost. I wasn't expecting to pay so much given we weren't replacing the whole garage door opener/system. After discussing it with my husband, we would like to get a 2nd opinion. I was very impressed with Ron however and give him 5 stars! He seems like a wonderful employee. :) Just thought your prices were really high.

Garrett Easley effectively represents the company. He was on time, called before arrived and offered to pickup coffee for me ????. Although I declined the coffee, I thought that was a kind gesture. Garrett was professional, knowledgeable, provided samples, literature and suggestions. I will get a new garage door with Precision.

Chris was excellent in finding all the issues with our garage door opener and got it into great shape meeting the needs we knew we had and several we didn’t know about. Very efficient and complete work. I especially like that he was able to talk on the phone with the technician who originally installed the door. Great longevity in the company.

We have had ongoing problems with an old garage door opener and finally decided it was time to change out the old for new. I called Precision Garage Door of Frederick because of the many excellent reviews. Lucky for us, Precision Garage Door sent Derek (Dee) to do our work. Derek talked to us about the different options for replacement and was prepared to replace on the spot. We love that kind of service. So often you have to wait for installation but Derek had everything he needed on his truck. He swapped out the old openers, as well as oil the existing track. He was done in a short time and helped me program our car garage door openers. Thank you so much for sending Derek our way!
