Precision Door had completed maintenance on the door in 2019 and I was impressed with their work and professionalism, so I called them again. They were courteous and professional and most of all, repaired, upgraded, and replaced parts the same day we called (we were leaving town the next morning so this was very important to us.) He could not had been more professional and efficient. Within a short time, he had replaced the components and the door was working beautifully! With elements of your home like the garage door, it is worth paying for quality parts and service.

Garage door had been having substantial issues for a few months. After a recommendation, I call Precision. Derrick was our technician and he was very professional and helpful. The service was great. I called them in the morning and they were here in the afternoon. The only issue I have was that the cost was more than I expected. I had them program one garage door opener and tune-up another door. The program took about 15 minutes with a bill of 149.00. The tune-up took longer with a labor amount of 249.00. This is a total of 398.00 for about two hours or less work. Based on that labor rate I would not recommend you to have work done. The tech gave me no indication what it was going to cost before he did the work. Based on what I understood was that the job would be evaluated and told an estimate to do the work.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Precision for anyone needing Garage Door service. I had a wonderful experience in Sept 2022. One of my doors was acting up, so I called for service Friday evening and they scheduled me for service Sunday morning. Austin was super. He arrived on time, installed a new opener, checked the garage door, wires, gears, sensors, garage cartridge, wires, belts and the lift master. We only needed to replace the opener. So glad he took the time to look over our device to make sure every part was working. He needs to upgrade to be a trainer to new hires.
