Austin was super. He arrived on time, installed a new opener, checked the garage door, wires, gears, sensors, garage cartridge, wires, belts and the lift master. We only needed to replace the opener. Today on July 3rd 2023 Bobby explain to me cuz I'm kind of hard about learning stuff and he explained to me over and over how to do the garage door open had to shut it and how to put the device on the outside of the garage door and in case I don't have my device in the car and and I can call him if I forget or I have to keep trying everything cuz he told me two or three times I know he had to have good patience with me so I really think he did a good job trying to get it all in my head thank you
