Thank you for taking such good care of my garage door. The service was first class. I was given three options, with no pressure, to bring the door up to great condition. It had not been serviced in over 15 years. The workmanship was excellent. The door is now "whisper quiet". The work area was left clean with all debris cleaned up. He assessed the situation and clearly told me my four options. In less than two hours he installed a super new belt very quite new opener motor and all the hardware. Craig T. did an OUTSTANDING JOB fixing my garage door. He replaced the belt drive rail assembly, replaced 2 torsion springs, replaced 12 rollers and installed galvanized steel orb oper hook up bracket. I offered him snacks, but he would not stop working. He did not even take bathroom / restroom break. He did not stop working till the job was done. He is very courteous, efficient and professional technician !! In addition: Those personnel who answered the office phone; Amy and Tori were very helpful too!!

This afternoon one of Precision's technicians by the name of Derrick came by my home to repair my garage door. He showed up earlier than expected and presented himself in a very professional manner. He was knowledgeable and explained what were the possible causes so that I understand in the future what to look for. He was very quick, efficient, and very friendly. The best part was that I had originally used Precision last June and they lived up to their guaranteed warranty, so today's visit was covered and I did not have to pay anything out of my pocket!
