Very pleased with service received yesterday. My remotes, keypad and automobile transmitter were not opening/closing one of my garage doors. After numerous attempts to resolve the situation myself, I contacted Precision Door staff for assistance. When telephone assistance did not resolve staff put me on to technician for on-site diagnosis and resolution. Tech Keith was on-time and after working through a few scenarios recommended replacement of the door opener. Keith was very thorough in his analyses and diagnosis, explaining pros and cons of various options in a manner that made it simple and logical for me to comprehend. He was very professional and patiently responded to any questions I had. I am very satisfied with his performance and workmanship. I am glad we took his recommendations and replaced both door openers. I'd highly recommend Precision Door Inc. to anyone needing garage door service.

They replaced the broken spring on our garage overhead door the Saturday after it broke. It is a very old door from the 1950’s and took a bit of figuring to make it work. Their technician was friendly, efficient and explained everything ahead of performing the work. I would recommend them.

While I thought the price of the springs was a little high at first it was more then made up for with the professional and attentive service. They were able to come the same day I called, made repairs, explained everything, did some extra work, took away trash and made sure everything was perfect. Premium price paid for premium service so in the end it was worth the price. I would use again and recommend.

Keith is the repair man I’ve never met before. He assessed the problem, took action and modified a 25-30 year old spring design and made it better than when it was new. This man should be in charge of training all service people that do repair on any products. It was a pleasure to pay for this service, not even sure if it competitive.

From the initial call to set up an appointment to the technician to the customer service managers, Precision Door Service was professional and polite. Our garage door would not open and, of course it happened as the weekend started. After contacting Precision via their website, we were assured that a service technician would help us on Monday. Monday came and the technician arrived, on time and full of the information needed to fix our problem Keith C. quickly diagnosed the issue and rapidly and skilfully fixed our door. Along the way, he described every step that he made and left only after teaching me proper garage door maintenance.
