Taylor did a great job, he was very professional in his approach and explaining what he was about to do, he had everything he needed to do the job. Since I was in a rush to get this repair done, I accepted the price which by the way I thought it was way to high, but the rush drove me to accept, once finished, I google for more options and found ones half the price of what I was charged, $600 is way to high, found that the national average is $250 to $350 both springs included, labor and materials. Will I recommend Precision? Depends on your urgency!! Do they give good service? absolutely Yes!! Keep up the good work guys but try to bring your prices down a little. Thanks FaRo.

A kind, knowledgeable, professional, and caring service tech arrived at my home to repair/replace broken springs on my garage door. They will call before they arrive to let you know they are on the way to your home, this is a plus also. Everything was explained in detail and I was given three options to choose from. The tech cleaned up afterward the repair. This is the second time I have used this company and will recommend them and use them myself if something arises again.

My door tensioner spring broke, the garage door can not be open and needs to have service. I called other service companies in the area and you will hear automatic responses to leave a message. I researched further and found out that my garage door was previously serviced by precision from the previous owners when they accidentally hit the door while backing in the driveway. I called them outright, and I was able to talk to a real person and have me scheduled the following day. The technician (Tyler) came on time and explained three options or proposals for the repairs with a warranty included. I chose the service that I can afford and needed at that moment. The repair was done professionally and the work that Tyler did was very professional including the agreement that we signed on his tablet was followed. I am a satisfied customer.

I must say I was super impressed with this company right from the start. I called on a Sunday and was able to get a same-day appointment for an emergency repair on my garage door - that's almost unheard of these days! I had an unusual repair because I had no electricity in my garage due to a recent storm, I have an automatic door opener only, and therefore was unable to get my car out of the garage. Sherman went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to get my car out and get me back in business. He was extremely helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and when I purchase my new garage door opener. I definitely want Sherman to install it for me. HE IS THE VERY BEST!

This is a tough review. The first technician came out to repair our garage doors, etc albeit they were in disrepair. He was new and inexperienced so the work was subpar. However, we called Precision Doors to redo the work. They did so without hesitation, hassles, questions, or additional costs.

What do you call a company that answers the phone at 11 pm and schedules your repair appointment for the very next day? What do you call the company's technician who really listens, and then presents options and ideas and makes the needed repairs in record time? I call them "partner" and you should as well. Our tech was Taylor. A very nice young mam who respected our home and did not push us to buy new products. I fact after explaining about the broken spring which the call had been about, he showed us other things that were going to be problems later on our seventeen year old door. He gave us three options but did not push one over another. It was a very hot day but that didn't slow him down in his work. Because of recommendations from friends we bought the door from Precision and when the time comes we will buy from them again.

We placed a call for service due to a broken spring and was able to receive same day service from Sherman. He was thorough in his assessment and explanation of our problem and assisted us with fixing the spring and making an improvement to make our equipment last longer. This is my second time needing to call for emergency service and we have received same day service both times. Sherman was fantastic, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and responsive when we had some follow up questions. I would absolutely recommend this company (and have to my neighbors.)

Seamless experience, from scheduling to discussion to the completion of work. Anthony, the service tech, called when he was on his way, which was well with the timeframe of service. He explained everything and provided tips on how to mange the equipment to get long term use. he was extremely professional and courteous. He explained everything prior to doing any work. Pricing was reasonable.

I moved into my home 4 years ago. The motor on my old chain driven LiftMaster unit finally gave out. I saw the Precision Garage Door sticker on my garage wall, so obviously the previous owner used them. Instead of searching on Google and Yelp, I decided to roll the dice and give them a call. Actually, I did check their reviews on Google beforehand and was highly impressed. I called and the receptionist was able to get me scheduled the same day! The service technician Sherman called to give me a heads up he was on the way and arrived exactly at top of my appointment window. I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and non pushy way of recommending me the best options. Instead of getting my old opener repaired, he installed a brand new unit at a fair price that functions soooo much better. I am thrilled with my experience, and Sherman represents this company to the highest quality of expertise and customer service! He is an asset to this company. I will be a repeat future customer and definitely recommend .
