I chose Precision again because I was a satisfied customer the first time and was hoping I would get the same professional service. This time I reached out to Precision for something I tried to fix on my garage door but it did not go well. Jay came out and evaluated the situation. I told him what I did and he did not judge. He took care of the problem professionally and explain exactly what was the problem and what he did. I am extremely satisfied with the work and the knowledge, experience, skill, and politeness of Jay the technician. I am a satisfied customer once again, thank you.

We called on a Saturday and got an appointment the next day! Our service was quick and professional. Our cable snapped on our lock to the garage door and needed replacement. In less than 20 minutes we are good to go!

My service technician was Jay D Constantine. Whom asked me what I wanted repaired and then made some suggestions. Then provided a quote and then he got started. Since it was late in the day I tired to help him as much as he would let me. Which was not much, but I wanted him to get done so that he could end his long day of work. Jay was a great service tech and was great to have as technician for the repair.

I was very pleased with the friendly, professional service of the technician, Nick. The garage door opener was not working. Nick diagnosed the problem, made adjustments, did a tune up, lubrication, and a safety inspection. The problem was resolved, the opener is now working with no problem and the price was reasonable. Precision has great customer service. I feel fortunate that I received same-day service. When my technician, Nick, arrived, he quickly assessed the issues with my garage door. Nick is very professional and a great technician. He ran into a couple of issues, but troubleshot each and worked diligently to successfully complete the job. Have used Precision for many years. Always a good experience. Technician Craig came to look at my situation and recommended replacing my garage door. He reviewed all my options. While ordering a custom door would probably be best, in today's world it may take a long time to receive. With Craig's advice I decided to order a new door in white color and paint it to match the neighbors in my community. Craig was a pleasure to work with and Precision continues to provide excellent service.

We called Precision because the garage door weren't working. We called in the morning, Chris B arrived a few hours later. He assessed the situation, walked us through the problems, and provided options for repair. Chris was Rady to do the repair right then. Our schedule did not permit that.
