Brent Evans was the technician who arrived to do the repair. He was extremely friendly and new exactly what our door needed, beyond the obvious broken spring. He explained everything to us and was not in a rush. We had three estimates to choose from and everything was broken down for us. My ONLY issue was that we were scheduled from 8:00am until 10:30 and Brent wasn't able to be there until around 10:50 due to Tuesday being their office meeting day. Apparently the woman who scheduled the appointment didn't know that when I booked it. Aside from that, I have nothing negative to say. I'm giving 5 stars because Brent did a fantastic job and the door works better and is safer now than it has ever been.

We were having problems with our door closing properly. While checking, I noticed the bracket attached to the drive chain had snapped. We contacted Precision, who had same day service. I needed torsion spring replaced. Technician arrived within time frame given and the repair was completed to my satisfaction. I had both springs replaced. It was pricey, but everything is now a days. Brent was awesome! He called to let me know what time it was coming it was on time. We talked about the issues I was having with my garage door and he kind of knew before I could even tell him what the problem was. A new motor was installed, and Brent later went over all the new features that there new motor had. He also went over how to do link up the remote and the keypad. The experience was awesome he is very knowledgeable of his craft.He love to conversate and has a great attitude. It's hard to find people like that these days.

I called Precision overhead garage for broken springs and they scheduled me in for the same day. Brian came over within the scheduled window and did a quick assessments of my garage door. He offered me a proposal that I was hesitant at first but with explanation I was convinced I needed those replacement. He was excellent with his service and prompt with his responses. He alerted me on what to look out for pertaining to its service life and to plan for the replacement. I appreciated his professionalism! The garage door now works perfectly after replacing springs, rollers, and hubs (ends and center bearings). It makes almost no noise when operated; very quiet. Thank you
