Brent was awesome! He called to let me know what time it was coming it was on time. We talked about the issues I was having with my garage door and he kind of knew before I could even tell him what the problem was. A new motor was installed, and Brent later went over all the new features that there new motor had. He also went over how to do link up the remote and the keypad. The experience was awesome he is very knowledgeable of his craft.He love to conversate and has a great attitude. It's hard to find people like that these days.

I am a very satisfied Precision Garage Door customer! The appointment was efficiently arranged by the Appointment Center! The technician Mr. Brent Evans arrived promptly on time. Once the problem was isolated, he explained the pricing/availability of the garage door openers WITHOUT THE HIGH PRESSURE SALES DRAMA! Mr. Evans efficiently completed the new garage door opener installation and the programmed the garage door panel and remote. I called Precision overhead garage for broken springs and they scheduled me in for the same day. Brian came over within the scheduled window and did a quick assessments of my garage door. He offered me a proposal that I was hesitant at first but with explanation I was convinced I needed those replacement. He was excellent with his service and prompt with his responses. He alerted me on what to look out for pertaining to its service life and to plan for the replacement. I appreciated his professionalism! The garage door now works perfectly after replacing springs, rollers, and hubs (ends and center bearings). It makes almost no noise when operated; very quiet. Thank you

Brent Evans was my service technician. I informed him of my concerns about the noise my garage door opener was making. He checked it out and determined by the age of the garage door opener (23 years old) the way to eliminate the noise was to replace it with a newer model. He suggested the Liftmaster Model 84505R w/Wi-Fi and Camera. He informed me of the total cost and the length of time for the installation. He even assisted me in setting up the app on my phone. Mr. Evans was prompt, professional and very informative. I was very pleased with the garage door opener installation.
